you never know, dogs are great at knowing what you are thinking. If it senses you are in danger, it may attack. hell sometimes just having a dog is enough to make an intruder back out.

this is actually very straight forward(in the USA, and most states), the law is if someone forces entry into your home, well, they've become fair game

I don't have any guns in my house but I do have hunting knives,out of reach.I have thought about this a few times before and all I have to say is I would fight with all my heart to protect my loved ones!I would give my life for my family with out thinking twice.

Thank you Ojo.... I am not strictly trying to focus on guns BTW. I think however that Mods cannot deny the fact that guns and personal safety do have a place in the society in which we live in. Also I may add that in my post I said please do not associate marijuana with crime. Hopefully we can continue our topic in the manner with which it was intended.

I am a Christian and I would most certainly shoot someone if they entered my house. I don't believe it would be looked on nearly as bad is if the robber were shot in the knees. I am also an American and if guns were banned, only the innocent would be unarmed. To think that the criminals would just turn in their weapons is insane. Besides, the market demand would skyrocket making more crime prevalent. It's purely pipe dream. Lucky me gets to be around crackheads and other abusers very often and they are absolutely irrational. A man has got to protect his family! Imagine some sick character breaking in to your home and before he kills you, he rapes your daughter because YOU were unable to thwart that.....and then he doesn't even kill you or your family and you are left to those images forever. No thanks. I'm sending some buckshot down range. Take cover bad-guy!
