Australian Smokers Uneducated??

I found most of the people who I know who smoke or are involved in cannabis, know very little about the actual plant nor are they up to date with all the Cannabis technology. By Cannabis technology I mean things like HMK curves and crazy scientific glass with all sorts of percs and stuff. Most of them dont even know what bubble hash or BHO is. Why are Aussie smokers so out of the loop??? What are your thoughts on the matter???

I guess most people just buy the shit without a whim or a care and have no idea what they're getting. I grow it...will never buy again. When I grow I am in control of the situation...I know the plant...what it is...and what it can do.

Smokers only care where the shit is coming from and for how much, where as us growers can get emersed in the finer details as our knowledge improves with experience and research.
You dont expect someone eating a bigmac to know exactly how to raise cattle, slaughter and butcher them just so they can enjoy their beef pattie on a sesame seed bun.

The vast majority of people know very little about plants in general so unlesss you are botany, horitcultrue grad or something like that someone isn't going to come close the knowledge of cannabis grower.



Hell most smokers don't even know that there is a female and male cannabis. lol.


Thats true with alot of things though IMO. I use a computer everyday but shit I barely know anything about the thing. A computer nerd could probably talk to me for days about the inner workings and what not.

I 've been smoking and growing for a long time and I didn't know lots of things until I went on the internet last year.

Coming from my own experience, I didn't think of it as a plant but a drug. I've never smoked yet I lumped it in with cocaine, meth etc. I knew plants were male and female but marijuana has been distorted in such a fashion that people don't think with common sense.

I don't know any smokers but the ones who smoked in high school were always idiots; I attributed this to smoking instead of just being a teenager

I think perhaps unless you grow, you don't really care about the finer details. As I've watched my plants slowly growing, it's fueled my curiousity further and I think the same would happen to anyone if they were motivated or allowed to grow.
