thx , enjoy your holiday there

on a less positive note , i already had to remove 2 small TW x MM buds due to mold , incredible , this year sucks

what i am hapy about is the smell, it has that rotten kushy smell to it from the trainwreck :jump: i really hope i can harvest her mature

I wont be using the dehumidifer and the heater anymore cuz it costs so much power and it clearly doesnt help against the mold

next year i'll try to buy one or two heavy duty dehumidifiers

well the weather is sucky sucky one minute sunshine , next minute rain :D

I have however noticed that the Average Rh is lower now that i have connected my 1000 cube torin fan blowing dry fresh air from outdoooors into the GH , i have much less condensation now

>The smells on the plants are so great i'll be happy if i can harvest em ripe , soooo happy

The amnesia cross smells a LOT like the "core" cut and the TW cross smells repulsive :D

does anybody know bout a natural predator that i could set out to combat caterpillars?

I treated all my plants preventively , but the butterflies just keep coming:D , next year i(ll buy some kind of mosquito net.

But , the thing is i have big buds now and of course i wont spray in flowering

i already found a big bud ruined by a caterpillar.

so anyone got any ideas?

nice plant bro...

i like the mm cross...they look realy good...:!! hopefully the make it...they are all al lil late, arnt they?? t´´still the fu**ing streetlight??!!

Monterey Garden Insect Spray containing spinosad is what many prefer as it has almost no scent when compared to neem or BT and is OMRI Organic. Haven't used Capt jacks but they have some good info on spinosad here:
http://www.jlgardencenter.com/uploads/handouts/Spinosad.pdf
You may find it necessary to spray well into flowering as these materials do not persist long enough to protect through to maturity. I can often find it at Home Depot with a hose bib adapter but pour 2 oz per gal in my pump sprayer and drench every thing at dusk. In my area it would not be possible to bring in a quality harvest without some positive cat control like this.
Love your work

Hey Kumpel, welcome back

Well actually the plants in the greenhouse aren't late , they will be done by end september /first week of october.

The mothers used for this cross are ready first week of november

i am covering the greenhouse but i forgot to cover it for 5 days in a row 2 weeks ago , so that will have delayed it by 5 days.

The other plants in the garden are late flowerers

The sssdh and spg X MM outdoors in the garden, they DO have light pollution , they started flowering at same time as the ones in the greenhouse

Update of my buddy's disaster garden :D

img6735h.jpg

all other plants where harvested , 2 perfectly ripe and 2 plant way too early like 3 weeks too early cuz of mold.

That rotten branch and the extemely moist weather are a disaster this year.

My buddy first tought it was the genetics , but as i said MM and GG are proven strains.

But yesterday i was there and he told me he got mold indoor for the first time in his life with the same strain he always grows , NLX.

So it really is an extreme year.:fsu:

img6737q.jpg

SPG x MM smells a lot like spg with a rotten MM twist

This plant was next to the plant with the moldy branches and i am gonna harvest it wednesday , I'll salvage what i can and then i will make medicinal oil out of it.

It is way too immature to smoke or vape

Lots of mold-->

This one doesnt have much mold but it is also slowly beginning on this plant with all the spores being blown around.

this year really sucks

Garden

In my garden things are luckily going a bit better. I always remove rotten branches and plant material so mold has less chance

Had to harvest the SPG x MM 2 weeks early

i was only able to harvest 1/5 or 1/6 maybe 50-60 grams in total , the rest totally molded away

Smells are great, the typical SPG smell in the foreground and some spicy MM influences in the background

the only plant with less mold is the TW x MM cross but also that one is starting to mold , his TW x MM pheno does not smell like TW or MM, it is a new smell

She was next to the plant with the rotting branches full of spores

Even the Gg and Manitoba plants where harvested2 weeks early with massive mold.

First time i am not able to harvest Guerulla gold

At my spot the GG is doing fine and will be ready in one week wioth minor mold , so i am sure it is those rotten branches , plus my buddy never cuts away modly parts , so the infection goes 10 times as fast

Another piece of bad news

My buddy will stop growing outdoors next year

The neighbour"s wife stepped out of her car and started complaining it smelled like drugs here

My buddy only heard her complaining to her husband(there is a hedge in between)

So this complaint together with the fact that last week , they got a letter in the mail with an anonymous number to rat growers out to the police, has made him decide it is time to stop.

Only indoor with carbon filter from now on

too bad and fuck those neighbours
