What strains are the most LEMON tasting and smelling? Just pure lemon!

durban poison landrace is very lemon/pepper tasting. exactly like lemon some of them. have tried the lemon kush and its miles from being as lemony as the durban. some jack herer can be lemony too. but i prefer the incense pheno of the jack.

SLH from GHS and the original Chitral are very lemony strains. In fact, I have never smoked a very lemony strain that was bad quality...It may be accidental, but certain terpene profiles and potency/quality seem to be linked up.

My lemon skunk hates outside and loves inside, and my SLH seems to love the inside and tolerate the outside. Both have insane lemon stink but I'm giving up both strains because they suck to grow outside.

I know it's been said here before but Lemon G has to be the most lemon tasting and smelling from my experience. The Lemon G I have encountered is supposed to be a select pheno from the love potion #1. It smells identical to freshly peeled clementines halfway through flower then gradually gets a lemon hash smell and taste. The smell and taste are identical and leave a pleasant citrus hash flavor on your tongue after you smoke. This is the kind of bud that smells so damn good that you just want to eat buds. It's like lemon hash candies.

I'm not a fan of GHS either, I've been buying other high ends .... but that pack of SLH I grew out was really, really good. I'd say give it a try ... glad I did.

i second this notion, SLH is by far one of my most favorite lemon strains if its grown properly. id love to see it crossed with varieties of sweet tooth, maybe its been done i dont know but sounds epic.. i know SOTF should have no problem doing that.

be seriously SLH is on point with the lemon factor if its grown perfectly.

I would say lemon skunk is more lemon than SLH personally, but the right pheno of SLH is much stronger and nicer overall. The LS is like buttery lemons and some chemical lemon, whereas my best SLH was like very strong washing up liquid goo smell.

I might have a go at making my own lemon skunk crosses, i think it could turn out some interesting stuff.

One of the test growers for my IBL of Swt #4 plans to make some seeds for the community in the very near future with his fantastic world class Super Lemon Haze cut he has some amazing pics of & that he says is just awesome. He is harvesting the pollen from 3 different Swt #4 males right now and has a thread going on about it in my forum. (member - vStaggerLeev) I know I will be growing out some of those crosses down the road myself and hopefully everyone will get a chance at some of them when they do become available on the bay if all goes well because me and the Grapefruity crew do like to spread the love whenever possible. Much love in fact to all of ICM! This forum is amazing and the vibes have been really good around here lately lot's of new members joining up too which is always good!

From what I can gather here and all the posts, the GHS Super Lemon Haze would pretty much be the goto herb (in readily avail commercial seed form) for the most consistent lemon terps right now along with a strong & very good quality high. Hopefully with the Swt #4 crossing we can bring down the flowering time on it and maybe get more of a sugary sweet pink lemonade thing going on that would be quite appetizing I think!

not sure if anybody mentioned it but my og kush from reserva privada tastes just like lemon, like really really strong, though i haven't yet tried super lemon haze or lemon skunk so i can't say how it compares to those...i can say it was by far the strongest lemon taste i have ever had...
