damn at least we got a glimpse....anyone care to take a shot at the cost to set up a 120 light grow...if i was using phantom 1ks id be spending 30k just on ballasts lol..
I've personally found $3k per light is a pretty decent budget for a top-of-the-line sealed & controlled room w/ a lot of DIY. Ground-up from scratch, to harvest out the door, including property rental & deposit, bills, equipment, etc. Done it for a lot less before, done it for a little more as well.
This has generally worked well for me ranging from 4,5,6 - 50 lights. Of course YMMV, could easily go up a bit if you can't find good prices on equipment / services / contractors. Might go up $1-2k more per if you hire help for most/everything (demolition, HVAC, frame, wall/panel, electrical, plumbing, installation, etc, etc).

I built a bunker, including the structure, utilities, and materials for a year worked out to about $5,500 per light. Just grow equipment and functional setup and nothing else was about $3,500 per light. Total bill for the enchalada of a 6k setup underground was $35,000 without utilities.
