What's new

The Gardening with ALMOST free supplys Grow 2011... Check it again!.

Love the pink hairs! Are temps kind low during night for them to pink like that?? Looking huuge!

nah... only one strain in the greenhouse is doing it, so Im going to call it genetic. purpleness due to weather is usually purpling leaves... which will happen to the ones prone to it come october.

Over night lows in the mid 50s, so not cold

Thanks for stopping by

Yeah im paranoid as fuck 24/7

been a rough year. but the bean thing was a myth.

Manitoid

That's the best news I've heard!

(About the beans, not your mental health). :)

Don't worry - I was convinced I had spider mites, all tweaked, about to go buy bugs, .. Slept on it for a couple days, all good, figured I'm just being paranoid..

Two weeks later I saw a teeny tiny web. DOH!

Glad to hear you were just trippin'!

Mani, you are a big inspiration for your grow techniques. You are also a sensitive soul. Your comments on losing your old self were really candid and poignant, sorry if I never gave you props for that. You've also been among the growers who have talked about the difficulty of isolation. I'm wishing you the best for the rest of the season, hang in there.

all of your kind words = time for an update!

been busy, so havent't been taking pics. Hide and seek is a real thing in this jungle. If anyone came to rip, Id have the advantage. sleeping amongst the bushes, I know where the alleys and dead ends are.

Isolation is real. paranoia is real. I get a vacation come thanksgiving that lasts until march 1 or so... so Im living for that.

This year has been more stressful than past. Everyone's expectations have been ramped up. as you know i give away most of my weed for free. That does not make the stress of producing a grade A product any less. Nature has not been on my side at all this year.

And Im looking to succeed through adversity.

thanks again for all your kind words, update coming!

I can't even imagine your paranoia.. I had to stop smoking as a result of mine.. and im only rockin 10 plants in my yard... non med patient however :X Sleeping in the bushes eh? Is that a figure of speech here lol?

Props to you manitoid. Great technique.. i love the layering.. Truely sustainable man. wish i had time this year to do it, but ended up really busy. Thank you for sharing your feelings as the season progresses. Keep up the fantastic work.

Hi Mani, I haven't stopped by to gawk in awhile... and wow, look at that! They look strong enough to crowd surf... ;)

I feel ya on the paranoia man... I depend on my garden to supply me and my family members year round, any loss hurts even if you aren't looking at it for financial gain. In Cali sober-living houses are running rampant, it's a good scam for these fools.... move into a nice neighborhood, and turn it into shit. Well - the vacant house NEXT DOOR to my house was just leased out by a sober-living network, and it looks as if my chances of something really bad happening have greatly increased.

Anyways, beautiful plants man, can't do much else but give ya reps cause you're keepin yourself driven enough. Keep the head up till finish!

The current state of affairs from the back. We will be installing 6 fans in the rafters, as the circulation from suction fans at end is not as great with all the 8 ft plants in the way.
