Have 70k and need to move

Whats up everybody...thanks for looking at my thread. I'm a mid atlantic grower who is moving really soon. Looking for any and all advice on where to move and advice on how to obtain a house with no job. Please address any of the following if you have helpful insite.

Where to go?
- I'm thinking michigan or maine but maybe cali

What to do with the money?
- I would like to either buy a piece of land and build a barn/apt, or find a lease to own or similar...

Find a rural area you like in the fresher med state scenes.. MI or Maine.. etc.

Buy a piece of land. Buy a prefab home. Blow it the fuck up.

In two years build your dream home. Pre-position your prefab to already be in the far backyard of future dream home.

Move into dream home. Blow up the freed space in prefab.

Blow up half of dream home.

Retire.. but you'll keep growing anyway.

biggest piece of advice is conserve money and get set up growing quick. Sadly 70k is not a lot of money these day's when you have no other income and need to buy property.

I would be a bit nervous about moving with 70k. Getting a mortgage with no income source is going to be literally impossible so you would be forced to find a owner financed property which is still possible but harder to find. Hopefully you could get him to agree to 15k down and then payments each month. You gotta then immediately get your grow on so you have an income stream.

Another thing to keep in mind is finding bulk buyers. A lot easier said then done and can often be very sketchy.

I second Maine. It is a beautiful state, I wish I lived there. Land is cheap and you will be able to find owner financed properties. Don't worry about heating oil, use wood + use the heat from your grow to supplement heat to your house.

Yeah I have a jotul that will heat any house that I live in...already have a couple chain saws and splitter.

damn bro I don't even have 70 DOLLARS. You can do anything you want man. Definitely find a rent to own or private mortgage kind of thing...maybe like a couple acres and a barn or something and you'll be straight. You're lucky man, I want to go with you. Maine is nice. I like York beach and Oqunquit. Do it up man, southern Maine. If I had 70k I'd move to Oregon oon the coast, right near the beach.

MI market is already falling and heading towards Colorado/Cali numbers. If your goal is to make loot, you wanna be in Maine and sell it off in Boston or NYC.

Guess the dilemma is getting trustworthy, reliable connections in Boston, NYC, and then getting your product there safely and consistently.

MI has D's, drop a sample, similar to Cali, CO (not anymore?), but housing is cheap as balls.

Ill take 3k a # over 45 a # if its legal (state laws, anyway)

in rural maine if you depend on heating oil your screwed unless your tank is the size of a swimming pool. oil is for city folks with cash to waste. the best parts of maine are remote and in winter good luck waiting for your oil truck to show up.being as most of maine is damn trees most smart locals use wood. northwoods rules. if you cant unload your shit in the northeast than your game aint tight. if you fit in and mingle theres probably as many customers there as anywhere willing to pay. nothing worthwhile comes easy.i might be in cali but my heart is in maine

best piece of advice i heard in a long time. 70 k sadly,is not a lot of cash- goes quick. especially if you are not working and living off of it,gets tough.

From my perspective, this would be while living in Maine for 20 years.

No need what so ever to drive any product out of state, Prices in Boston and NYC are up there and Ive seen in Boston 4800 a lb.

BUT there is a decent void in stable supply of quality cannabis, which in state will go for 3800-4500.

Unless your unloading twenty pounds at a time, whats the 300 dollars difference once you either pay someone to drive it or risk state lines and setting up a connect to take it all once arrived.

Crazy easy market. That's my experience. But be for-warned. Like anywhere if your not from Maine you will stick out like a sore thumb, w/ no job be careful. Small town type shit, word travels fast.
