Yea, he definitely believes what he says the majority of the time is good info.
Kids got a lot of heart and obviously means well, but this is why I have no qualms turning on his videos in the afternoon when life has got me down, sparkin one up, and uncontrollably laughin for 8-12 minutes.
I think eventually he will hit rock bottom and ask some of serious growers he has garnered as followers, how to grow. Either way I am stickin around for the show heh.

When you grow more than one moderately healthy plant you don't always have the time to harvest individually and manicure before drying. Flower cycles can vary or sometimes all can be done at the same time depending on the genetics and your grow style. @ 3-4k watts harvesting becomes a serious issue. Especially for one person by hand. So, you cut the whole plant at the base, take the large leaves off, and hang your plants upside down so the leaves dry that direction.This not only makes the finished dry product look better, the leaves now show the frost on the bottom of them looking much more uniform as if they are holding on to the buds like fingers and this allows you to leave more on if they are frosty enough when trimming. Less work + more weight = better all around. The leaves now also do what they were intended to do upon harvest and protect the bud, leaving more crystals on the bud come the end of cure which includes a lot of inadvertent tumbling when opening the jars and separating compacted buds. You also get the benefit of not having scissor fukd your buds to death trying to trim before they were dry and since they are hanging you don't get flattened buds. Another benefit is a slower drying process since the plant is more intact...
So, that is why you hang upside down...Draining THC into the buds? No.

Guess what I did last night.
I was trying to explain the significance of all this to my daughter. I said, imagine the world's best cake makers gathered together in one spot. You know, the folks that bake and decorate the types of cakes one sees in magazines. Then, someone posts an instructional cake making/decorating video, viewed by the world's best cake makers, featuring a mix from a supermarket and a bunt pan.

40 Amps is dead on with the chop and hang to dry..thats how i've been doing it my last 2 grows.
Crush try harvesting 5-6 lbs in a day by yourself, with your technique.. not gonna happen.
and i'm pretty sure no one grows just for foilage unless your selling cuts

Although I did learn that colloidal silver will not really reverse the sex of a female plant, it will instead create feminized seeds inside a female plant. You see I had misunderstood this and Crush learned me some new HARD MODE botany.
wrong...This dumb shit was just spraying it all late for no reason. This has to be done for the first 3-4 weeks of flwoer and it'll turn a female into a full blown male, the resulting pollen used on other females results in feminized seeds

part of me wants to think this is a joke. like a good grower busted out his old 400, grew plants the total wrong way, and came here to fuck around...
