Let me explain something to you fatman. You chose to open the door by telling people BB sent you neg rep and trying to make it look like you were being "victimized" or something. Understood? If you don't want replys and explanations posted within threads, as you say, then I suggest keeping your complaints out of these same threads.....

So maybe you need to 'grow up", as you say. You won't be unfairly attacking any of our mods on my watch..... And so you know, mods are encouraged to interact withing thread so they get to know the membership and enjoy the site......

Administrators like moderators should send all personal digs and opinions via PM, not by posting then within threads. Posting such things within a thread is a clear abuse of power. An administrator should respect all posters privacy by not posting in threads any complaints or report sent to them by posters. That is personal between the administrators the reporter. The person having the report sent about there post should not even be informed ho sent the report. Do otherwise is an abuse of power as well as a display of immaturity. If everyone was supposed to know about reports filed then there is no reason to send a report in privacy. If there is not to be privacy in regard to reports or PM's the reporter should just post his opinions on line. No administrator, moderator or even a forum poster should share online any thing contained within a report or contained within a PM. They are Private not things to be shared with the other forum posters or administrators or moderators, especially via vial thread posts.

It had nothing to do with BB personally not approving of posted Racist comments. It is the fact that BB is a moderator. Moderators are supposed to moderate by editing or deleting posts. Moderators should not post their personal beliefs or opinions under the title of moderator. Any personal comments by a moderator to others should be done by PM. Moderators should be mature enough to resist the desire to post personal opinions in post under the name of moderator. Any comments from a Moderator towards a posters behavior should be done by PM. A moderator should not chastise a poster in the threads even if that person makes racist comments/ He should just delete the post and send an PM to the posters stating why the post was removed. Posts should not be removed or edited unless they are a direct violation of specific Forum posting guidelines. If a moderator wants to post anything he should post under another title than Moderator. A moderator chastising any poster under the title of Moderator is an abuse of power. Posting growing information under the title of moderator is improper as it tends to give a false sense of credibility to the moderator where in fact moderators do not have to be knowledgeable about growing pot or about politics etc to have their jobs. They should operate in the background not publicly within the threads.

Reserving your neg reps for just racists is discrimination. Discrimination is no better than racism. And as BB gave me a bad rep it just go to show his credibility is in question as he stated he reserved his bad reps for racists. I am not racists I simply just do not want to here the Moderators or Administrators personal opinions about anything including racists or reacism. Like I before wrote Moderators should only edit and delete and should make all comments by PM or under a different user name.

Moderators are simply housekeepers not moral gurus or power figures. They are just workers not authorities, and they are not the parents of posters given the job to chastise posters as if the posters are children.

Rubbish through and through. Mods are members and have the same posting rights as you do. Defend and laud the cause of racism, murder and genocide as you do, expect to take your lumps.

And what one person deems racist, another may not...since that's the current reason being used.
Again, personal pespective effecting everyone...on a judgment call?
I've went round and round with more than one mod on that point alone.

It true...I've seen this with my own eyes.
Once a day JJScorpio lets the mods out of the dungeon for an hour to run around in the sunlight and have some human interaction.....it stops them going feral and biting people.

Any time you have personal calls, you'll have disagreement. I admire the mods for doing a thankless job that probably gets on the nerves from time to time. All that [and] their grow tips to boot... a win/win IMO.

I've been shot down giving grow tips, it comes with the territory. But I've never been called out for general comments by a mod. A few comments have probably been waxed and I won't argue their reasoning. Sometimes I'm pretty opinionated.

IMO, one has to be pretty controversial and/or repetitive to get a moderator's attention, other than an edited post, closed thread, etc. Once they're on yer ass personally, it's a good bet to back up and regroup.

To be completely honest I think the mods here tend to be pretty fair with people.

On a lot of sites, Fatman would have been banned. But instead we try to make him feel the love and come around to our way of thinking, lol..... If we can save just one fatman, then it's worth it....... I think I'm stoned.......
