Quick question. So my doctor "recommends" that I use MJ and gives me a "statement" not a prescription. I can go into dispensaries, but am I legally allowed to grow with the "statement"? Or do I have to acquire an actual State medicinal card to grow? And what is the limit now a days??? 6 mature or 12 immature, or 24 plants not specified what stage they are in.....Thanks for any help.

It seems a "qualified patient" has a doctors statement and is allowed 24 plants, persons with state ID cards "will be evaluated by SDPD on a case by case basis"....So I believe I am a qualified patient, is this correct?

there aren't any MMJ "prescriptions" they are all "recommendations". you do not NEED the state card for anything, it just puts you in their database and supposedly helps with them verifying you are within your limits and legal.

personally I'd avoid the state card just because I have no faith in our govt. much less LEO's end of it.


the old SD county guidelines stated 24 plants however its been deemed that you can have 'whatever your dr. says you need'. obviously you dont want to go over 100 as thats grounds for federal BS however most people I know that really wanna follow the rules of the state go by 6 mature/12 immature plants and 8 oz of flowers. If your Dr. specifically states you can have 36 plants and 2 p's because you make cannabutter or whatever, you should be fine all saying someone doesnt want to drag you through the courts for whatever reason.

Hey Family,
well...just gotta share cuz this situation has me on edge...or something.
As some of you know I was on a cannabis break during July in prep for an internship I was hoping to get. Turns out I didnt get the internship and other job prospects looked bleak so I sparked back up. Well yesterday I got a call from a similar employer saying they'd like me to come in for an interview next week. D'oh!
I've ordered a 15 pack of at home piss test strips & ordered a fresh bottle of QuickFix 5.7 direct from the manufacturer.
Assuming I ACE the interview and get offered the position (Lots of positive thinking going on here) I'll have to decide what method I'll use to get through the UA... Dilution or Substitution. Iguess it'll depend on how long the hiring process takes
After 24 days of abstinance I passed a @Home test and I had been eating lots of ganja goodies and smoking a bunch prior to that. I haven't been doing edibles since I restarted but smoking a fair amount. I'm in the process of dropping some weight so that could help.

Life is an ADVENTURE!

Edit...so I'm not completely off topic. These will be of particular interest to SmokeTrees & Humble. I should have sprayed the Valley & Sour Dub sooner but they should still produce some good pollen

I love the quick fix, its worked out at quest for me many times even passed the lab tests that they sent to florida, the key is temperature...too hot and they pour your synthetic right down the drain too cold and they'll be lookin at you like you should be a dead man then pour it down the drain, I have always dropped the bottle of pee into a cup of hot water(for tea, i guess a cup of coffee would work just as well) that i usually pick up at a gas station on my way let it sit there til i arrive, saftey pin a sock to my front inseam and put the pee and a handwarmer in the sock. not sure bout the co. your trying for but usually for me after a good interview you they'll give you some paperwork to take to a diagnostic center to get you tested...Ive never had to pee on the spot, always have had to go to a lab...unless going through an employment agency which use BS strip tests on the spot
