I kind of get this feeling from reading your posts that this thread is really about your resentment towards recreational smokers or people looking to profit, rightfully so because those abusing the system may possibly be leading to the loss of your right to produce medicine.
I also think its fair to say that not everyone who is sick and needs medical marijuana is legal under the MMAR, and not everyone legal under the MMAR really needs marijuana, you follow?
It's pretty clear that as long as the MMAR has loopholes we will have entrepreneurs or so called criminals that will choose to exploit the program for a profit. Maybe the change health canada makes will stop this, who knows at this point.
Overall this thread is very un dude like, full of anger and seems like it could have been induced by to much alcohol. A lot of people do take advantage of people and pretend to be compassionate legal or not, if you don't like it then don't deal with them. Lot's of people who are illegal help people out as well. All you can do is try right? I have been disappointed enough times by people to learn not to expect anything back, just part of life bro..

Unfortunately most legislation is written to be abused. That leaves room for other legislation to fill the gaps that cause more gaps. We will be legalized and the whole medical game will be history. It makes me wonder why anybody for any reason will go to a dispensary and pay three times more than at Mom and Pops for so so medications. No real idea of what it is, how it was grown, and what chemicals were used. Can you really take the word of people that you are handing a wad of cash too?

as long as your doctor and you agree on a proper plan of action then it is all good

Although I really like the ppl that run the dispensaries their bud sucks!.. Plus it's way too much for what it is especially for the sick who can't afford it. but as others mentioned, the only thing to do now is:
Surrender my mmar, I do this with great sadness...
I have realized that playing where others cannot is wrong
I have learned a lesson so powerful that I am forced to surrender this mmar
until our Government is able to help everybody in need with this product and has the wisdom to know the difference then I as a citizen have to, just have to, give up willingly what others are not allowed to have
