Taco leaves is from heat & low humidity. Stretching looks like low lumens. How old is your bulb and what are the temps like? Why do you refuse to fill out the questionnaire? Plenty of people have undoubtedly looked at your problem and will not respond until you do so.

There's normally no problem with covering your plants much deeper in the soil than they were in the original container. In fact, they'll root the extra portion that you bury, giving more root mass sooner than they would have otherwise. I sometimes use a deeper planting to help control height.

A slight concern may be those five gallon buckets though. You'll have to watch not to over water them. You'll be amazed at just how easy it is to give to much water. As long as your careful it should be alright. Many times in the past, when things just seemed to go south no matter what I did, I planted up. More leg room seems to make some plants happy. Try plain water... it seems you've fucked up enough already, adding steroids is only going to make the problem harder to manage.

It's not a good idea to give food "fertilizers" to plants that can't use it. When they recover, and they will, you'll be able to do what needs to be done. Ferts aren't magic !! There's enough food in that bucket to feed them until they're strong. Watch for new growth in about a week, maybe even up to two weeks. When they have lots of leaves and new branches then you can work with them.

If you're bored and need something to grow, plant some kind of vegie, like a radish that grows quickly and gives satisfaction. When the radish is finished, you're girl should be just about ready for a more intense grooming.

Advice-

Get ballast off floor, no electrical on floor.

Get a recirculating fan, the plants don't like to be constantly beat up by air they can't sweat.
