so cephalic carnage are all huge stoners from colorado... so while they were setting up i offered to smoke with them.(yelled it from the front row like 20 times!!) they were out of weed... and i rolled a FAT BLUNT of ALL my homegrown weed. they are all really cool dudes. and they liked my weed alot ( always feels good to hear.. even more so from your favorite band)
their drummer is one of my top idols and i got a chance to talk to him about drums and music for about an hour!!! id say this was one of my best times hanging with a band.

Once I hung out with Morbid Angel on their bus all night and smoked them down with homegrown. They were putting in bits of opium. It's not really my kind of metal, but their show was incredible and they were cool as hell. The singer dude didn't hang out - he seemed to have his own bus and only showed up for a minute.

My latest metal discovery is Samain - Vibrations of Doom. Can't get enough of this record. It hasn't left my turntable in weeks.

new black dahlia murder and unearth are sick.

and i believe chimaira went through a line up change. theres only one or 2 original members now. and they still have the same sound tho.

Slayers last album proves they are still the best!

Your in for a treat. Last month I got to see Zombie do a very small pre-tour warm up show. His new drummer is great...they played a lot of old WZ.

not sure about any of you. but i hate disturbed, and all mainstream metal for that matter... but theres 3 bands id see on that tour. they are unearth, all shall perish and the suicide silence.

I'm going to meyhem fest tomorrow. Should be a great show. Going mostly for Testament but I'm looking forward to seeing Godsmack and Machine Head again...all three are great live.

im just checkn out ur channel.
me and my guitarist have been coving BDM since hes been back. we got unhallowed down. he only knows some of maisma, but we've been nailing nocturnal.
good shit man!! i know for a fact its not easy shit to play.

NICE! Thanks man. Yeah, that stuff is major punishment for the picking hand. I'm currently learning Miasma, and just about have Everything Went Black down.

Death metal is so difficult to play. It's weird that it stays pretty much underground (which I don't mind), because the caliber of players generally found in death/black/grind are usually awesome - that includes all instruments.

Keep killing!!!

BDM went alittle hardcore in this song... i like!

i am liking the new all shall perish CD. the new drummer sounds alot like matt(not a bad thing). but the new guitarist brings something different to the band.

Yeah, dude. BDM is great in the way that they stay pretty brutal but catchy at the same time. I realize the term "catchy" is subjective, but I guess I mean they have riffs that have you humming the melodies and harmonies all day.

i have another story for you guys.
i saw unearth, suicide silence and all shall perish yesterday. it was a great show... i dont really like the new suicide silence CD. but the new unearth and ASP are killer!!
everytime i see a band i really like, i make a good attempt to smoke w them... well its been working real well, bcuz i managed to smoke w ben the only original member from all shall perish. (he is all shall perish.). it was cool. we chilled for abit, talked music. in the end i hooked him up w some ECSD and he told me he would get me into the next show FREE!!!
