Male birth control pills. Would you take them?

I've been thinking about getting a vasectomy for a minute. Every day it seems like a better idea. A pill would be a pain.

On a related note:

I know this guy who has no sperm
(some genetic thing in his family).

He was dating this chick, then they broke up one day.

She kept harassing him real bad about getting back together but he refused.

Weeks later she showed up @ his door crying telling him she's pregnant from him!

He just laughed and slammed the door in her face.

He never had told her he was unable to father kids.

Interesting responses. Some would rather take an immediate and basically permanent physical alteration over a temporary, but painless and less cost effective solution.

Maybe, but since I've seen some women who really didn't like the effect of additional/synthetic hormones on them I'd consider twice myself too. Everybody is different to these things. I don't have ideological thing against it, but there are complications.

Let's say for the sake of my curiosity that the operation doesn't give you lasting pain in your testicles and the pill doesnt turn you into a raging tsunami of hormonal imbalance.

I'm too young for the operation, might want to have children eventually. As for the pill, if there's little side-effect and no risk of permanent damage to reproduction I'd choose it over condom in a steady relationship or friend with benefits-type of situation.

Fuck birthcontrol and fuck condoms. I use the pull-out method. :)

My girlfriend was on birth control for a year or so and it started turning her into a psycho-bitch and killing her sex drive. She stopped taking the pill and everything returned to normal.

After seeing how birth control affected her I would never take male birth control pills.

We used the withdrawel method for 8 1/2 years, it works great! About 90% of the time:D My Son is 7 months old now, lol.

I won't take BC because it's not worth the clot/stroke risk. Now, we just use condoms. If PoopyTeaBags get sick of them, I get another baby, lol. IUDs and fixing of either partner seem to be the most effective BCs out there with the lowest risk.

I wouldn't let PoopyTeaBags take something I won't take myself, BC is no joke on your body.

Fuck pills,,and if not then why don t we males fuck up a little our body instead of the ones of our women?

The pill is just to avoid reproduction to work and if male and female knew a little more about how it works then you would all realise that you have to be careful one to two days during a month and it is as simple as using an other path during this time....
no pill, no women body/mind disturbed, no unwanted child. FOR FREE. lol

Only about 1/3 of the fluid is actually semen, so if your sterile you'll still have the other 2/3 of fluid.

2-5% is the amount of actual semen.

The rest proteolytic and other enzymes as well as fructose are elements of seminal fluid which promote the survival of spermatozoa and provide a medium through which they can move or "swim".
