Chasing the sweet Tooth fairy

Chopped a couple of the Sweet Tooth colas (there are lot's more) that looked ripe under the scope.... now some light will penetrate to the smaller ones

Some Trinity.... super heavy and the STINKIEST I've ever grown by far. Smells like skunk and gasoline with a little hint of sweet.

That trinity has some wild mutation!

I saw some at a dispensary grow in Boulder that had a complete second "Webbed" or "Duckfoot" leaf growing from the middle of the normal leaf like that!

Would have been much cooler if it was the whole plant, and not just the 1 leaf we could find on it, but still freaky!

on the leaf nug, .. I remember reading 10 years back or so, Kyle Kushman saying something about that being the sign of an uber-healthy plant, .. Who knows - I figure it can't be a bad thing, .. ?

Lot's of updates to come... Been drying and curing patiently.

Got the whole system re plumbed and read ready to rock... filled it up.

this morning the whole 45 gallons was on my floor... damn Coco fiber's from one of my seedlings dropped into the bucket and got clogged in some plastiv schrapnel that was in the new shut off valves I installed... FUCK ME>

Oh well, it's all fixed now.

I'll update with some pics tonight.

45 gallons... Wow! I had a fish tank rupture once and leak about that much water onto my floor, and it was a real pain in the rear to clean up! I feel for ya.

The ISS

It started to turn purple.. but a potential PM scare encouraged me to chop and get the system cleaned and improved.

Moved the Reservoir further from the controller for easier access

This thread is pretty close to finished.

I'll post the final weight and a smoke report when It's all done.

Now... I'll be starting a new thread and updating my signature...

Heres the breakdown:

1 OG Kush
1 Lemon Skunk
1 Sweet Tooth (Same as last... the #4's are still seedlings and need to be sexed)
3 Island Sweet Skunk's
2 Trinity
1 Great White Shark

They are under 24 hours of T5 light only from the sides until the roots are all in the buckets.... about 5 days.

Then the HPS is kicked on and they get switched to 12/12


As for the Flood, it all worked out, I took everything apart and moved it piece by pieced into the garage.

Then I lifted half of the floor of the tent to make the water a little deeper and pumped it out to the sink with one of my little pumps.

once it was light enough, I took the tent bottom insert and grabbed all four corners with some water in it and carried it outside where I dumped it.

I then removed the new Shut off valves and looked inside, all three had some plastic pieces from manufacturing still hanging blocking the path of the water.. not bad, but it sure trapped the coco fast and caused the overflow... I got it all out and it should be good to go.

This time I took the 2 seedlings out of the Hydroten and shook the coco off and rinsed then back into the hydroten so there is no chance of the coco clog again.

I'm getting a little better everyday, and constantly learning... this round should be better, I'm really Excited!

Much Respect... the round after this, will be featuring some #4 and I'm already looking forward to it. (I'm sexing a few that may be flowered this round, after cloning for mom's, in my big room on the floor in beer cups with coco)

....I mean, I ate my salad toppers

Cool I am very curious as to what the Barney's version cut smells like all done, I'm guessing if it was sweet & grapefruity you would have said so? Maybe so, no idea.

But those cola's look damn good & well grown brother! Hope we get to see those salad toppers soon.

When growing, there were so many other smells in the room, but the sweet tooth was very sweet smelling, pungent and citrusy but If I was never told to look for the grapefruit smell... I wouldn't have been able to put my finger on it. I'm very curious to see what she smells like when done.

The thing is, I have two very different "sweet tooth" varieties.. the two soil ones that I was told were from Barney's and the other 3 large Hydro of which I have no clue, but I really trust this private source.

I'll update later on both.

Smells really sweet up front like Blueberry and pineapples.... but with that blueberry earthy spicy'ness in the background...

Overall very very sweet smelling and tasty

As far as yield.... I Never got an exact total... kinda bumbed about that

But there was over 1 pound of sweet tooth alone and the 2 ounces of ISS harvested was a knockout.... just covered in trichomes.

All in all, a little more than 2 pounds while 6 ounces of it was crappy from the one Lanky trinity.

I can't wait to get the #4 Going... but until then, I'll be starting a New Grow Diary for my current grow.
