here's some cured nugs from my first grow :D

soil was gardener and bloome potting mix, top dressed with their tomato fert (blood, bone, feather, etc) and home made EWC, and applied ACT a few times.

i harvested a couple weeks early after a mite infection in late flower, it was kinda a bummer. i think the highs would have been more complex if the plants were allowed to finish maturing.

the widow got a little too dry before i jar'd it up, so the cure wasn't as good as i would have liked :( it still smells good when you grind it up, but the buds don't stink like they should.

i'm burning one of her right now, so i can give a better smoke report.

the pineapple express cured much better. it smells really sharp when you open the jar, like canned pineapple soaked in kerosene :D

it burns really beautifully. the curing was perfect. i love the high too. very up and motivated. great first thing in the morniing smoke :D

thanks guys! trust me there were some major bumps along the way...

i ordered a couple caliber iii hygrometers so i can follow simon's perfect cure method for this harvest.

the nugs weren't anywhere near the size i'm getting this round. the scrogging got me lots of smaller nugs pretty similar in size (~2.5 gram). i'm hoping they'll be a bit longer and heavier this round. i hope i'm not being too presumptuous, but i just bought a rack of 1/2 gal jars lol :D

just smoked half a blunt of the widow and i'm soaring :D the taste leaves something to be desired (i blame my curing) but the herb is potent and the high is very nice, kinda settling in on the back of my eyeballs and tops of the shoulders/arms (something i look for in a good general daytime sat dom hybrid).

i remember it lasting for a while too. and it helps break through the ceiling if you're worn out from smoking something else all day.

this is my favorite breakfast herb in the stash! sour cream, 100% organic grown on some promix with ewc, bone meal, kelp meal and some biotone, was my 1st organic grow, did a lot of fucks up and they got stressed a lot with heat but still a great smoke, still a major learning experience!

this is from the day i cut it down, so far only a 10 day cure, il ltry to snap some dry pics :)

Hey Sunnydog, thanks. I love the smell and taste of SLH, it's a really epic strain. I'm on my fourth run now with it, and am about to take some more clones.
I will soon have some C-99 seeds as well. How do you like that strain? I'm looking forward to smoking some of that.

I'm 5 weeks into C-99 and it looks phenomenal. starts triching up nice and early.

Dutchgrown's Sweetest Cindy 99

Organic recycled living soil,ACT tea twice per cycle.

As described by Dutchgrown herself,"a workhorse".
This plant yields big!!! Super hybrid vigor, smoke is potent, nugs are frosty and tasty. Spicy more than sweet IMO,not as potent as other types, and is not PM resistant in the PNW.
Great cash cropper in dryer environments or for chemi growers anywhere. Good heady high that you can smoke yourself stupid on,but there are plenty of better nugs to puff in my jars.
