here we grow again

whats up ICMAG new to the forums and just thought i would say whats up and show everyone what i got going on.

so first off whats up lol,

FLOWER ROOM: now my room is a 16x14x8 spare bedroom with a 7x12 platform wrapped in a tarp i built for the plants to set up on to keep water spills and what not somewhat contained although i haven't had any problems thus far ,thank god.
FLOWERING LIGHTS: i have got 6 400 watt hps's in flower ATM but am planning on upgrading all lights to 600 watters in the near future when i get some $$ hopefully soon (in the next month maybe)
FLOWERING SYSTEM: the system is a CAP ebb and grow 12 site that i recently purchased (only my second run in it) and i have been happy so far with the system for the price (did straight sog for the past year and want some larger plants now) and actually on the very left is a 8 week vegged WW that i have in a DWC 5 gal bubble bucket.
FLOWER NUTRIENTS: im using GH flora micro, bloom for flower with floranector and liquid kool bloom from weeks 4-6 of flower with a 2 week flush first week run florakleen with tap then just tap for a week. im kinda using the lucas formula/gh feeding regimen and tweak to my likings or i should say there likings lol.
VEG ROOM: is the walk in closet withing the flower room (not sure of detentions but small lol) planning on getting a 4x6 tent for veg in the near future to get them out of the cramped closet and use it for mothers only.
VEG LIGHTS: are 10 t5's for a total of 540 watts atm want to run mh in veg soon.
VEG SYSTEM: is a 2x4 flood table that i am vegging in 1 gal pots but going to convert it to top feed very soon so i can veg in 2 gal pots and just pop them right in the ebb and grow when flower time comes.
VEG NUTRIENTS: im using GH floranova grow for veg with botanicare calmag and thats it.

so i think i have covered most of it but prably left some things out as i always do so just let me know if you have any ?'s i will be happy to answer them. enjoy and again great to be on a kick ass forum.

Nice Clean Setup, Cool! Looks like your venting could handle the upgrade to 600 no prob.

thanks man i really cant wait until the time comes for the 600's looking to get some new yields still kinda learning this system but it seems to be going well and smooth.

yup im going to be doing the 18 next run with ALL of the strains which im actually still at a good amount of watts per plant (133 watts per plant at 18) so the 400's will still do me good for now, shit if i yield only 2 oz's a plant im still looking at 2 1/4 lb's which isnt bad at all for 400's.

veg room at week 3, its a jungle for sure, 6 strains in there right now and 14 in the tray with 2 out hand watering. veg room is lucas formula at 8/16 M/B with cal mag at 2 tsp per gal.

got some new pics already harvested the others, wasnt to bad these where the ones in the tray vegging for about 3 1/2 weeks went in over a foot and have now been in flower for about 1 week (pics below) also got a 740cfm fan to run flower and using my 400 to run a tent i bought to veg in.

Whats keeping the tying stakes solid?..they really make the grow uniform.

How long did it take to fill the 4inch rw blocks along with the 1inch cloning trays (one of the favorites pics I've saved ) what is your flood rate in the blocks?

I'm really considering flood for my veg room as it looks to be fast!

whats up budshot thanks for stopping in and the kind words, the two mothers in 5 gal buckets where harvested early to free up my lights for the E&G system as it produces more so i didnt want them to suffer, the WW in the 5 gal DWC was about 5 oz's dry at 5 weeks (not to bad) and the bubba mother in the 5 gal hempy was 4 oz's dry at 6 weeks, the last harvest from the 2 to last pic update was 1.5 lbs from some smaller plants, this one should be much more as all my plants are over 2' in week 1 of flower (fingers crossed).

now the veg area works very very well, im not quite sure how long it took for the blocks to completely fill with roots but i put transplanted to flower at 3 1/2 weeks veg (wish i would have snapped some pics of the blocks) and the block itself was almost not visible under the billions of fat white root hairs, the only real problem i ran into was the roots where rooting through the little holes in the base of the rooter trays (see pic) but other than that no problems at all. also my flood schedule was upped after using the trays under the blocks to x4 watering in 24 hours (basically every 6 hours) and they loved it because the blocks where pretty dry by each watering due to the increased drainage from the trays.

no problem at all, and please do post up your results using the technique. i caught wind of this through desrtsqurrels thread and figured it was cheap so i tried it and worked like a charm, my floods are 30 min long every 6 hours.
