Yeah, 1 full watering each :D

I got mine @ $95 a piece. Granted I picked em up myself..and bought ten at a time. $250 is legit considering what you're getting.
Got the 2" adapted down to a garden hose. Was originally gonna use a 2" firehose...but the gaskets on the swivel leaked (must be designed for pressure)

I'll pop in some updates in a bitty

Wutup boss. How easy was it to take the 2' down to standard garden hose? I was going to get that done sometime this week, but shit if you already did the thinking for me than bring some info my way! ;)

Oh, still cracking up over the pic of the girls in the UHAUL. I had to pull my whole team from working in the garden to take a peek at that. I told em "next year, we want trees that sized plugged early may!". think 300gal custom shallow smarties will work? ;)

damn got them all moved, transplanted, and the water tanks setup in one day...beastin. thats a full days work..

OG can definately be a little finicky and the roots arent bustin...and i noticed the stems are a little thinner too....but shes got that nice stretch for easy training...

Yes4prop - Naw it was 2 days. The girls were 2 hrs away and it took several trips in the Uhaul to stay legal. So we got them and the watertanks up day 1 aswell as planting half. The other half went in yesterday. So 1.5 days :D

Vorzh - It was mad easy. I spent ten minutes scratching my head in the plumbing dept. of the hardware store...at which point someone asked if I needed help. I showed them the 2" male that I'd found that was identical to the reservoir's..and explained I wanted to adapt it to garden hose. Took 3 different pieces and voila.

I'll take pics, but they won't be up til Friday.

I'm sure 300 gallon shallows would be the bomb. Anything over 18-24" deep is stupid IMO. I'd love to try some 12" deep 8' wide pots. Maybe you can guinea pig for me and we'll reconvene in 2013 to discuss and review :D

I really think starting the plants mad early is the way to go. I'll never go above 25gal's for moving though. Even w/ the 25's some plants hadn't rooted full through and the bottom portion tore off as we peeled the bag off.

Speaking of, everyone...the 5 gallon bucket trick is indispensable. Flip the bucket upside down, plop the base of the plant on top...and peel the bag down.

Ya Mon, Truly Nobler work!

Looks like you put yourself in a great position with the strong early veg.

My question for you would be what flavor nutes are you throwing by the bottle into those tanks? I have seen the mention of house and garden, is that whats up?

Anyways, the basement mix sounds great... seems like a lot more day to day control and feel as opposed to doing a feed and water in a big soil pot and having to wait so long for it to dry out and adjust, I must try this at some point.

Props and Peace.

Cherchez - Thanks pal, right back at ya. Much appreciated.

Odog - Yeah, House and Garden. Added some great white or whatever, the one w/ all the myc's. Just A+B and Roots Excel right now.

Not literally by the bottle. I buy the biggest jugs. The first batch I mixed up was 1700ml of A and equal B. Used a quarter of a roots excel.

I like H+G and am used to em. I've been running those nutes along w/ basement indoors in several rooms for several crops now...very happy with the results, and I feel I know the line well.

Cheers y'all. Thanks for swingin through.

bongbong

Green that is a beautiful garden man can tell lots of hard work went into that. This is gonna be a nice show thanks for sharing.

Vorzh - I forgot to take the pic of the adapter..but yeah just ask someone in plumbing :D

JTK and Bongbong - Thanks so much for the kindness. I'm a sucker for a compliment :tiphat: Alot of hardwork and dedication indeed. :tiphat:

All the girls aside from a pair of Space Queens are looking like the poster children of good health. Dark green foliage, perfect leaf shape...they're happy. Seems like the Space Queens didn't take the transplant aswell as the other ladies...I reckon because they were in a shadier spot than the other plants prior to transplant, coupled with being in only 7gal pots.

Not suggesting the space queens aren't healthy, but you can see a difference in leaf colour. It's just noticeable and mentionable that they're taking the transplant a bit harder than the big girls.

Anywho, they're all looking mighty chipper. Most all of em got staked to straighten the stems. (Some had funky ass curves from being in such a small space competing for light..and I don't want weird bends when they get real tall). I used the stakes more like a brace, tying the stem to em in several places to remove bends and bows. I'll prolly pull em off in a week or so and see if they stand straight or not.

The girls are getting nute water every other day, and that seems to be working. The first watering I hit the whole pot some, but now I'm just getting the old rootball from the 25gal pots. i.e I'm not watering the whole pot full.

:blowbubbles:

I laughed aloud when I noticed the remains of a rapid rooter at the base of this Skywalker

The base of a Lemon Amnesia. I'm such a fan of this plant!

A look up the skirt of I believe a Lemon Amnesia, can't remember for certain. As you can see I trim up the inner part of the plant. All of em are like this.

Diesel or XJ, can't recall

Space Queen, the one @ the bottom of the plot. She showed sex earliest of all, so I'm assuming she's Cindy dominant. We'll see.

Also, I forgot to mention...

An OG was lost.

I stated earlier how much I dislike OG Kush when my grower hat is on....

Apparently the rain of the other day was too much for it. Pecker had a stem thick as a half dollar and still snapped.

Anyways, that's why there's always replacements on deck. Down with the OG Kush, up with the Purple Urkle.

Had an Urkle snap like a month ago too...just too much foliage to hold the rain and wind at bay. Hopefully this one will hold up.

Cheers

Heres a little trick to get the pallets out of the truck; chain the pallet to a large tree, and put the uhaul in gear. apply gas until they slide out lol.

Everything is looking swell, can't believe i lost this thread. K+

Thanks for the kind words mi amigos

Unfortunately no trees on that portion of the hill.

The Uhaul wouldn't make it to the top of the site so we had to toss 40 or so bags into the truck at a time...and haul those to the top, then toss em down and drag em to the pot-sites with a tarp. Worked pretty slick.

The pots still aren't completely full..over the next week I intend to bring 20 bags at a time and top em off.

All is well, been spraying to get rid of the little PM leftover from the indoor veg room. It's a particularly virulent strain that my friends have been breeding for prolly years now...It'll just straight colonize leaf surfaces.

Foliar sprayed Safer(sulfur) about 5 days ago.
Foliar sprayed Green Cure(potassium bicarb) maybe 3 days ago.
Foliar spray another different product I can't recall tomorrow or Weds for PM.

Gonna reapply both at least once more...then I'll blast w/ tea's weekly n try and establish the good team. Also bought some Calcium product that I'll foliar in w/ the tea aswell as just up the Ca in the feed water a bit.

I'm hitting it with everything I can because they use a weak sulfur treatment (sulfur pots in veg and flower) so I'm concerned that this stuff's been bred to be at least somewhat immune to that treatment.

Really wanna get it all sorted ASAP, spraying anything aside from tea's and whatnot in flower is against my religion.

I've got basically everything in my favor as far as mildew goes though. The site gets a perfect breeze all day and night. Nice and dry, not humid/foggy/bs. Full sun. Just gotta get rid of the stuff now before it can get a real foothold

Cheers y'all

You need to knock the pm out asap. Eagle20 everything now, before it gets too late.

Hope everything starts picking up for you.

Many people are saying it is a bad product to use. However, at a rate of ~1 ml per gallon, used ONCE it will knock out the pm spores. Again, many people have said that Eagle20 causes cancer, so use only once and in veg well before flowering.

DM zone is supposed to be a safe alternative, however a higher ml/gal rate is needed.

Thanks for the advice.

Honestly though, I'm not into using Eagle20.

The PM is gone already. Still gonna treat as if it was in full force for another few weeks though. I'm more interested in baking soda knockoffs and sulfur. Tryin to keep it as clean as possible.

One of these days I'll be growing plants instead of sweating logistics :moon:

Everything's lookin great on the plot. Plants are a beautiful dark green...bushin out by the day. Couldn't be happier, they're flyin.

As you can see in the pic there's some bags of ocean forest, gonna put 10 25 gallons in between the 100gal's. Got a few more patients to take care of.

Cheers y'all. Hope your ladies are doin swell! :dance013:

Go to sleep ya doofus

Been trying to take some pics of the girls individually, but they turn out like shit. I'll have a diff cam soon and get some decent personal shots
