Right Guys we are Rolling!!!! :pimp3:

was getting a bit stressed as the temps would not drop below 80 and im all about environment and the wasn't going to cut it... i stuck with the 12 inch futuretec fan and this wasn't powerful enough... turns out the drag from the 2 x 6 light rows is so much i had to add not 1 but 2 6inch fans each side... the temp drops to 72 full chat and on the second from highest setting on a soaring hot day its staying just on 80ish... so yes at last im happy :dance013:

anyway if your still awake heres some photos....

So Filter to Fan...

12 inch Ducting into 6" Y piece into the first set of shades

3 shades down a 6inch inline fan to ade extraction...

at the end of the last 3 shades another 6inch fan before the Y piece that enters the triple silenced outlet...

very nice job. one thing come to mind about the air cooled lights, ideally you want to push the air through the lights not suck it as the fan will over heat and burn out faster unless it's specially made for pulling hot air.

good growings

the 4 small 6 inch fans are to aid the massive fan that is sucking from the filter and pushing through the lights... all info is there 2 posts up :D i do know the life expectancy is going to be 2 grows maybe more if im lucky for the 6inch fans but at the cost of keeping my room dialled im sure its not that counter productive to just replace them every other grow...

What he is saying is that you could still use them on the same flow of air, but move them to the other end so they are pushing hot air instead of pulling it.

Let me take this chance to say I have loved your grows so far laylow, which is what brought me to this awesome thread.

perhaps i wasn't clear about the probs sorry guys...

as you can see im pretty tight on room at both ends and up top... the fan that is blowing moves 4000M/3 of air or there abouts.. and this is struggling believe it or not due to the long line of lights and probably the fact the split reducer and double backing ducting is casing a prob and with the Drag from each hood its not cooling them efficiently enough... now i put one set of 6 inch fans 3 lights down cranked it all up and still running hot at the end of the last 2/4 lights... i then added another pair of fans on the end and im now at where i want to be temp and environment wise...

so in all honesty the only way you could Blow all the way through would be to get another big fan and run one on one run of lights and one on the other... this isnt really an option for multiple reasons space being the biggest...

hope you enjoy the rest of the show.... :D

What about placing the fan off the center of the chain of lights and using a T-joint to pull from the reflectors. This way you don't have to pull through 4 lights end to end. Instead it pulls through two lights on either side, meets in the center, and is exhausted. There might be better results with a 6" T-joint that steps up to 8" duct and an 8" fan as well.

Perhaps placing booster fans between the reflectors would be necessary too. This creates two intakes which can create a problem when pulling in through a carbon filter. You might be better with dust'shrooms on the ends of the reflectors and blowing out through the filter rather than in through it.

Just spit balling. Don't really know what you've considered and this ventilation daisy-chain is something I don't have a lot of first hand experience with. Take it with a grain of salt... I know I would.

Hey Bro......Issues , issues , issues......I know you`ll survive , but please start puttin in those redundancy systems of everything you need that`s OVERSIZED as in a/c`s .....Dehuey`s at 15 +/- gals/60 ltrs a day sounds cool for the sq ftg.....Respect....

Summertime grows suck big dick for environment dialage , but it`s what determines the men from da boys.....

Never seen Heathie`s shit go beyond 6 degree variables with major air exchange and NO a/c in deep summer , as to where I needed a/c and all manners of shit for perfect down here in Hell........but....

Mites ?.....just got through at another site tellin folks about quarantined areas for foreign cuts not raised onsite , and said cuts were to be dunked and dunked again in shit that kills critters before being introduced into the main grow areas ok ?.........DOH.....

Closet , cabinet , whatever......just don`t mix new shit with shit that`s already without critters....Coco`s the worst I ever saw to hold larvae of ALL sorts in stasis till rehydrated.......and....no offense......but..

Pre-hydrated , fluffed Canna or any brand is BEGGIN yas to have bugs for the optimum environment for gestation and proliferation cuz the shit sits in sealed bags and heats up and cools down till somebody buys the shit.......Can we say Bug Paradise?.....

I`m just sayin......IME.....Gotta innoculate your medium with SM-90 and dunk clones in Critter killer before even attempting a successful run with coco.........

Many types of insecticides available although I never used any due to having a closed setup with no outside influences......raised all my shit for safety and my paranoia....

That`s also why I had such success with the dried bales that I kept in the barn through extreme heat and cold to kill all chances of lil bastards fuckin with my bitches down the road before ever addin H2O.......Gotta remove the X factors my buddy.........

Now get ta work and make me and Snoop proud Dawgs....

Holler....Freds....:ying:....

the Mites didnt come in from outside clones.. as you know the C4 are from my own mum and the cuts were taken in house... think with the heat warming up over here everythings breading like crazy and the mites could have came from anywhere dogs, garden, clothes ect... anyway all under control now...

as for the running of the room could not be happier with it all running like clock work lots of backups and im in there every day... im flowering at night and its still quite cold at night over here... so everything should be sweet... next run will be the killer this is just a run to get bills paid and any little problems ironed out before we set about the room with some real plants....

thanks for stopping in buddy hang around for a bit :pimp3:

Mites right outside are the problem I never dealt with Bro.....I always changed clothes before entering the laboratory at each location..learned that from Krusty many yrs ago on the lil things that can make or break that ass....and I know you raise your own cuts....

What I meant was to quarantine EVERYTHING before goin in the big rooms for safety and peace of mind......but...

If yas aren`t keepin Snoop and other outside influences in check , then history is bound to repeat itself everytime the lil bastards are warm enough to gestate and breed again....

Sometimes I wonder if the summer runs are better NOT run due to issues left and right from all kinds of variables ESPECIALLY environment and bugs....

You know I`m on your side LL , and I`m not fuckin with you cuz you da man.......and I luv yer dawg Snoopster.......lol....

Do the best yas can with whatchas got ta work with and pay da bills.....I`ll be over here on my bucket waitin for excellence cuz I`ll settle for nuthin less outta yas aight...?.........

Peace....Freds....:ying:......
