This kind of thing is so fucked up beyond on reason. At that age just prison it's self can very easily be a death sentence. Shit prison can be a death sentence for anyone if they piss of the wrong crazy person, or guard.



THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! WE HAVE THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF JURY NULLIFICATION. The court room is THE place for sympathy and prejudice of the law. This person should be removed from their job asap. The person is clearly incompetent and more concerned about their power tripping ego, and not the constitution. Some one in that town should organize a protest and shut down the court until the case is reversed.

I mean, we all saw how well the planned 'revolution' went after Tim McVeigh did what he did right? Ima have to agree, violence on a larger scale is no better than what these thugs do to us as a peaceful people. Besides, the bill will STILL come to us for the cleanup and restitution. I used to think a million would be enough, but my opinion has changed. In a country of 300 plus million, I think you need to shut a whole city down, like Washington DC, or san fran, with a peaceful protest of like 20 million people. Imagine the impact of a protest where 20 million could jam pack into a city meant for 9 million and remain peaceful in the name of freedom. It would work. Not to mention other countries would support our cause if we were in those numbers; as well as the UN. The US is not china so maybe a Tienanmen Square wont happen.... but we all remember Kent State.
