What does an 80% or greater Sativa feel like????

Dont wanna go much offtopic, but since Fuzz mentioned the Kali Most I have to share a few pics of a few years ago.

Indoor

You can see I had a BAD spidermites invasion, and since it was in late flowering I didnt use insecticides to keep it as organic as possible.

Anyway, it was an outstanding strain for about 20$ from seedbay. Great up high, very happy, very social. The spidermites kinda ruined the yeld and cristals density, but it was a great smoke anyway.

And yeah....She was flowered under a 150W HPS...micro grow...4 plants in total...so with some lst and pinching you can go even with a haze

And there she is in early outdoor flowering

It was a bit rainy....a few yellow leaves because of overwatering...but it turned out to be a good yelder for a 100% sativa

MOD's Kali most when i smoked it, was super clear strong head buzz that seem to fire the crown chakra. MODs Mist of Destruction (Destroyer x Kali Mist) fires the crown and 3rd eye chakra's. The MOD isnt as strong as the kali in the crown area but it adds some buzz to the front of the brain hence the 3rd eye chakra firing. Jack Herer is an awesome buzz, but not spirtitual compared to the Kali and MOD I've run. The jacks buzz was super clear and strong in its effect. Great quality to the buzz great candy for the brain.

You can grow pure sativa's in a pc, trust me i know. My link is above and my thread is well over a few hundred post, so if you wan to see the sativa's in that thread you will have to do some clicking. I've grown diesels, kushs, hazes, and hashplants in pc's

All that effort and risk, to get what? 1 or 2 grams of heat stressed bud?
Why not just spend the money and buy some in? You'll do better, I'm sure.

Just don't see it, myself. Hell, I work with dirty great big servers, several times bigger than a PC, and I shudder at the thought of putting even a LowRyder in one of them.

IMO yeah a pc is a bit extreme and is more of a novelty for the most part. Sure if it is all a person can do then its all they can do,,,but giving themselves just a small bit more room than that it pays off big. A small chest of drawers can be just as stealth as a PC case..Im jus sayin...

Using say 150 watts of light, a 24"x24"x24" box will allow a person to grow just about anything they want. There are plenty of threads and pics of such grows with every sort of sativa you could think of.
The key to success is method. Research the method that has been proven to work and put it into practice. For sativas in particular one needs to pay close attention to the container size and forget about the veg period. Flower from seed in small containers.

I think you can do it. Just takes a bit of patients and attention. Here's some higher than 80% sativa ladies of mine.

Kuroth, My favorite Sat high is up, energetic, and all in the head. Although, it is fun to ride a rollercoaster of a high every so often! Still looking for THAT particular girl, truth be told. I also have some Lebanese (Indica) that completely relaxes me, like I just had a full body massage. Ime, Sativas smoke much better than Indicas. No need to grind it all up. No giant plumes of cough inducing smoke to gag on. Oh, and not as much grow or bag smell to worry about.

I do love that Leb, though...

For me it depends onmy mood. I love em both for different reasons.

Even when I get noid from smoking too much sativa dom, a good indica will take the edge off imo.

If I'm going to a concert and want to dance, it's Sativa all the way. My Ed Super Bud sativa pheno is like a strong cup of coffee! It actually gets me "spun" from time to time when I over indulge.

If I'm sitting in front of the tv on a rainy/bad RA day, Indica/edibles are the way to go.

If I'm watching a movie, well it depends on the movie!


But I agree with DJ Short's statement that Sativa's are for smoking and Indica's are for hashish making.

I wasnt going to post cause there's so much good answers... but after today, Im want to put my two cents...

It depends. I find that there are Two stages to smoking a sativa. The key is to go right to the edge of the stage one with out going to
stage 2.

Stage One: You feel so UP like 3 espresso shots. You feel like you are able to do ALOT of stuff. Your focus become refined. You could very well clean one square inch of tile on your floor so clean you can eat on it... never cleaning the rest... LOL.

Stage Two: You are SO high that you start second guessing EVERYTHING. What you say, how you walk, what you want to eat, your grow, your job, the car parked on the corner... how many fish are in your aquarium... etc. At which point sleep or just loud headphones and your favorite music is the cure. Dont get into a convo if you get far into this stage cause you'll sound like a freak.

The best sativa strain I ever smoked was called Blue Hawaiian. I knew it was potent so I thought I rolled myself a toothpick sized joint (literally). I went to my backyard, layed down in my hammock on a super clear day and sparked it up.

At first after a couple of tokes nothing...by the third toke you feel it sneaking up on you and your mind starts to question everything you see. In my case a clear blue sky. How much can you question about a blue sky?...believe me a lot more than if you were straight.

After the fourth haul I had questioned this blue sky for so long that when I snapped out of it I realized that the joint had gone out and it was a 1/2 hour later. I lost track of hit five, six...I must of had them because there was less than half a joint left. It was like I went through a time warp.

Sativa for me, up high all the time and it makes the brain gears go into overdrive. It has been over 20 years since that episode with the Blue Hawaiian and could never find it again. Back then it was double the cost of your average once.

Truly amazing herb, but I don't think it is anywhere near an 80% sativa. I'd say the effect is pretty well balanced overall.

I got bored of Kali Mist and turned back to the jars of this herb and now they are all gone. (after a two year jar cure at 55F these great buds became truly amazing)

I have a couple seeds from a run with light leaks and I am in a super-friendly med state now =
