I got my Annual Water Quality report in the mail today... The total dissolved solids in my water supply averages 569 but ranged up to 711. No wonder I gotta use RO...

---ohgee-well bro, i dont think my first run w headband would have made you proud...it was the ugliest plant i ever grew and the one in flower spent about three days total looking like a healthy vigorous plant...taste has not come thru yet, and i remember just how good she is supposed to taste and smell...but the stone is awesome! not just the strength of it, which is equal to any og or chem...but its the instantaneous(?) nature of the buzz...before you exhale you are buzzing behind the eyeballs...like fine sativas do-but alot more body to it! gonna throw another one in to flower tonight or tom...

ya OHGEE's headband is no joke... what did i say "thats the best bad weed ive ever had!" bad weed only in the sense she was not happy/healthy looking during flower... I can only imagine what she is like when dialed in.. i was VERY impressed on the effects of that headband.

I've heard of folks locally that make a simple nutrient that complements the water here.. love to learn more about this, as it would be a simplification compared to purifying with RO filters and adding back cal/mag in known quantities.

I have had good results with the tap water here in SD...still end up flushing a little with RO water but not much.

I got the clone from some friends who run a collective. They are the same people who the "diablo" og originally comes from... the southwest is just another one of there 'house' strains... Who knows what its true story/heritage is. But its definitely unique compared to any other ogs ive grown... Ive smoked it from the club quite a few times, and its always looked and smelled great, but was always very commercially grown / pumped with nutes with little/no flush. Its nice to try her not so roided out.
OHGEE - definitely could see your headband used in some crosses. Hopefully bring some more vigor to her, cause she seems to be pretty picky... Although it looks like greyskull had her dialed in his veg pics

Valley looks sick, the SW OG, what would you say its close to? I haven't been around to any clubs in a while so I fell off the OG train for a bit.
