We should all try to be less computer nerds. This site is an amazing resource and I'm just about addicted to it but some times threads like this make me feel retarded for even reading it. I wish it was all about talking about plants we really love.
Markets, money, politics, etc. Bunch of bullshit, can't we just grow plants and enjoy it.

I apologize in advance for any offence taken,I'm nicely toasted and did have a sip of whiskey and a beer but stop being such computer nerds and just be weed growers.

Peace.

haha ganja!! thats exactly what I was thinking when I was reading through the thread this morning. Shaking my head the whole time. The only logical reason I can think of for it is that people who arent as blessed as some of us Californians are just somewhat jealous. I consider myself lucky to be raised in CA.

So I have some comparison shots. This was a clone put out may 1'st, here's just under a month of growth on her. Crazy, explosive growth. Even through all the "bad weather we've been having". I can't complain.

my wife works at a dispensary here in Cali. Top price for a gram of outdoor 8 dollars and 15 dollars for a gram of indoor. It gets cheaper when you buy more and the price is often less. The above is "ceiling " for everything they sell.

We won't know how the season will treat us until harvest time, so far veg growth doesn't seem to be a problem. Through the hail, cold and rain my plants are still growing over two feet a month of thick healthy growth. Now it's in the 80's and my girls are growing faster.

Eatatjoes - I am glad you haven't been effected yet but I believe my crop has been. I am in the bay and I put the last batch of plants outside around may 1st. Today was the first day I watered them since putting them out. The rain had really kept my plants too wet and my roots were rotting because of it. Don't get me wrong, my harvest is still going to rock. However my spring growth has been affected by the weather.

Bullfrog: FWIW, I'd hit the pots with Hygrozyme @ 8ml/gal ASAP and 4-5 days later with Mycostop and trichoderma Hazinarium.

someone said something earlier about $50 eights. whoever is payin that is straight getting raped. my circles been payin like 25-30 an eight and $150oz for the very top notch indoor. shits mad cheap already and we havent even began to see outdoor. but i also noticed alot of kats got out the game this yr cuz they to broke to run lights or afford to travel for the gorilla setup. not to mention the grow shops dont have nearly as much traffic this yr. also cali would blow the rest of the us up if it were legal. just cant compete with our long season and hot weather.

also summer is officailly here boys hope everyone is ready cuz its go time.

What he said :yeahthats

I've been using Fox Farms Kangaroots and microbe brew to establish roots and a few days ago I hit em with some cannazyme. Also been giving foliar sprays every week or two. Good draining soil and plenty of silicon.
For size reference, the smart pot is 38" wide.

Well said Ganja! Thanks for snappin me back to what's most important. The late spring rain didn't effect my plants health, just their growth, however they have literally started taking off like rockets this last 5 days! The 2 gal babies are due for a transplant tomorrow! Gonna be another fuuuuuuuun summer!:)

Strains are: LA OG Kush, Bubba Kush, Grandaddy Purple, Bubba OG, Headband (707 cut)

I can tell you havent been to michigan or done any canna buisness here. When the cali harvest comes in shops dont even want to lok at your medz you could have some fire so hot it burns a hole in the jar but they wouldnt know because they are not interested in loking at it. I wouldnt say the shit coming ouut of cali is reggie its just been trim machined vacume packed and smuggled a couple thousand miles. It might be good I just wouldnt ever smoke it.

You can't tell I've never been to Michigan don't be ignorant. If you can't convince people to use your "fire" over CA grown, you don't have fire bro! :tiphat:

Patients recognize when good meds are good meds.

Everything's growing like crazy out here in the Wild West, might be time for this thread to bite the dust :smoker:

my outdoor blue dream at the collective farm is kicking ass! saw her yesterday and man it had more than doubled in size!!! there was pm issues though, ugh, the location often gets a nice cloud that just sits and lingers there forever so i'm hoping for the best in that respect...outdoor small ones on my own plot are mold free and kicking ass, just hauled a true blueberry i let veg for a bit outside back inside for flowering, man it got large so much quicker than anything in my indoor veg area, loving it using outside for vegging, just hope i don't bring any pests inside for flower! *spinosad bath!*

thats pretty low.....even in the outdoor counties good indoor still fetches 150 an OZ wholesale per Lb..

ive also got the impression some cats are taking a break this year....they either made such a killing last year they can sit back and relax, some people got busted, some people lost their partners and land, and others are going even bigger.

also with a few counties reversing their limits, its gonna be interesting to see if supply drops. in butte county a bunch of people grow 99 plants every year, but now the limits have been reversed, most of those guys are still rocking their 99 but we are kind of worried about the sheriffs visiting and chopping them down....so who knows.

If you are saying that the COMMERCIAL corn and soybean industry of IL could outproduce the semi-underground totaklly non-mainstream ganja industry in one season, you are probably correct. If any state were to turn their mainstream Ag machine to growing cannabis, the current quasi-legal industry would be over... overnight. (well... maybe not some states like AK or RI)

However.... I don't think you could argue that any state could overtake California's mainstream agricultural production in any sector in one season... So if the central Valley of CA were also to turn mainstream production methods to the crop... you see what I am saying?

there will still be a federal 99 plant soft limit until a federal legalization occurs
