Otto, that tent just makes me smile. And ya, I'm liking the vert so far. Welders goggles are my must have spring accessory as vert bulbs throw off slightly less than a metric shit ton of light. It's still a work in progress in terms of set-up but so far, so good. I'm thinking blumats or some drip lines are in my future.

Cut this Sour Larry x Nevs this morning, this branch has the top cut off and she's just all meat.Very happy with this plant, seriously.
Rasp, you'll soon burn your retina's and won't need those goggles and you'll almost be able to stare at the sun, LOL. those goggles work great I just wish I use them a little more or ever! If at all possible I like to work on the tent when the lights are about to go on or right when they go off, this way I save my sight. That thing you'll love about the vert most is the yields you can get off them, since moving to the vert set up I've been getting 1.75lb per 1k. I never thought 2lb per 1k was possible until I saw what vert can do I am hoping this run I can achieve that goal, don't get me I am grateful for anything I get during my harvest but the more heady buds the better IMO....
HL, you weren't the only ones who thought they were toast, i was texting my buddy how Dirk was gonna lose again to the heat and then BAM! Dirk takes over the game and we got our selfs a series again. That was one of the best NBA games I've seen in a while and to be honest the NBA for me has been more exciting this year than the past 10 years.

Well it's pretty cold out there this morning, wow, I woke up in shorts and stepped out for a smoke and my teeth were chattering, a gallon of coffee won't hurt...I took a few pics of the SSSDH with the lamps off, by the time my lamps go out at 4:30pm I'm pretty burned out, I usually wake up around 2:30 and by 4 I'm ready to close up.This big one has turned hazy as she aged but when people see this thing, well 2 people, my cutter and HL they just say wtf is that giant thing??The top cola is a record breaker, it's hard to put into pics...Even the bottoms are huge.I ran out of rockwool just before I took cuts and had to borrow some that was used and full of salt, I washed it out as best I could but several croaked but I took 17 so several made it luckily....

Being kind of a short guy all I can do is look up at this thing, it's difficult to come close up when she's a foot and a half taller than me.All the plants I've grown in my life and now this one, she's going to see some intense re-runs so long as the cuts make it, she's still going at 85 days or so, I keep losing track of time.I can't wait to get out to the shop and huff some hash, that oil stuff just dissappears in the pipe and then your lungs swell up until you can't hold it then boom, a wisp of smoke blows out and you are BAKED up!Time to grab those scissors, enjoy a fine Sunday gentlemen....

Haha, Chaco treats the oil like hash, that could be a big mistake! There's a reason I tried to tell you which was which, that screme'n dawg will get'cha actin' like you put yer finger in a socket, while the other stuff will leave you staring @ a bud yer supposed to be trimming, and an hr. will go by before ya know it!
These losses for the B's have been real 'knife-in-the-gut-w/-a-twist' affairs, but I'm keeping the faith. Character builders I say. Things will get real chippy sooner than later...

Hey HL, how were the blueberry pancakes? Thats a sweet deal, sometimes you find the weirdest shit at a tag sale and other times you just buy a book, this way I don't feel so bad about stopping on the side of the road just to look for objects that would look funny next to some buds.

Took a picture of some Early Pearl I was lucky enough to grow out, much respect to gmanwho.This girl is an absolute resin monster, she is pictured at 25 days and I have to say they make the McFly's not look sugar coated. I also was able to keep a clone of her around and will be crossing with the nl5haze, i feel these two can be a excellent match, add a bit more vigor to the plant. I can't wait to see her fill out because I suck at taking pictures but I can tell this will be the kind of plant that will look pretty no matter who is behind the camera...
Also started up a tent for some pollen chucking, plants look a little beat up because they were just being collected rather being used to grow out. I got: 5 nl5haze, ECSD, Golden Goat, McFly, EP, LVPK, BBK, Montel's pride x NYCD, white widow, MTG, and blueberry will be crossed to 2nl5haze males I took cuts of off the original dad's. I am not concerned with any buds, im more concerned with having a bunch of healthy beans. They're about 5 days in....

I feel like a magical mystical fool right now, I see the heat on the way and I'm afraid of losing some of the bigger pieces, I know these could have gone a bit longer but the tips of the branches had yellow leaves that just slid out with no effort, I knew the rot could be right around the corner...I wish I could hang this over my barn like a tuna tail, I thought she might rot so I just hung her without cutting, I have a nice closet esp built for drying whole plants....

The house hunt is Over! Got myself a nice 40x30 space to work with now.. Permanently! Thinking 3 rooms - veg, flower, test(breeding). I would vote all vert, but my partner ain't too happy with that after all th money that has been spent on big ol hoods. Horizontal 1k's with vertical 400w & 600w in-between rows.. Very exciting stuff! I guess I'll be popping those honey white, bubbaNL5haze, f13xa11 sooner than expected!
