Thanks everyone for dropping by and saying hi. Been real busy trying to finish this grow up. I still have the last bit drying but most of the work is done.

ic2go, really nice job there man, more info on the strain (is this sour kush?) Interested in the yield, gr per watt..! TTK

This cut is Headband, aka Daywrecker or Original Diesel. It's a very stinky girl. Smells something like a cheesy diesel, and dead skunk. Taste is similar. The stone is definitely a day wrecker, great nighttime smoke leaving me feeling warm and fuzzy with a smile on my face when I go to bed.

good work on the scrog bro!:headbange

Round 2?

Round 2 is just beginning. I just filled the tent with 32 blue moon rocks girls and gave them all a heavy trim job. I left the scrog screen up, so we'll see if I can put it to use this time around too. Will probably veg for a few more days before I flip them.

nice man how are you keeping the room cool ?

I have the lights air cooled and blowing into my attic. I have a large passive intake in nearby room so heat is no issue.

looking nice man....that headbands lookin nice and sour D dom post up some pics when they are dried and smokable...what kinda yeild you lookin at?

I'll definitely get ya some pics in here real soon. I haven't finished drying it all yet, but judging from what I've weighed so far and what I have left, I think it should be in the ballpark of 3lbs. I'm happy with that but I think there's some room for improvement for next round with this strain.

Great job man. Simple and repeatable.

Did you veg under 2kw for those 3-4 weeks?

What kind of coco?

How are you liking the small holes of that chicken wire, I've never ran anything with that small of a whole pattern before seems like it might be a pita.

Thanks guys!

I actually vegged under two 600w lights then just a few days under 1000s.

What kind of coco?

The coco I use is sunshine pro, which seems very similar to another brand I've used called B'Cuzz, but the sunshine pro is cheaper. I forgot to mention I'm also using about 50% perlite. Since I'm watering every day I wanted to make sure I have good drainage.

I like the size of the holes in the chicken wire. It was a PITA to set up because it's so stiff but once it's up it's not bad to deal with. The chicken wire can scrape open stems if you're too rough pushing them around. Ideally, I would like a softer material with similar size holes, but maybe a little bigger. I'll probably keep using it since it's up, but if I find something better I might switch.

Just got around to taking some dry bud shots. Pictured is a jar that holds almost 1 lb of these buds. Smoke definitely turned out real nice this round.

And a little bit of what I've been up to. Gave 32 Blue Moon Rocks girls a heavy trim job. A before and after shot.

sick setup and finished results. i like your setup. i was thinking of going three 600's over a 4X8 but im not sure anymore. i'll save some cash in the short run buying only two lumatek 1000's rather than three 600's or dimmable 1000's plus hoods..........what to do, what to do

My vote's always going to be go with the two 1k's. I have zero experiences with 600 watt'ers I just know I'd never go down from 1k they work too well.

I do 50/50 coco/perlite for the same reason. I'm always thinking about trying just perlite and watering more frequently with smaller amounts and keeping it DTW. Pure coco can get compacted and waterlogged in my experience, especially in anything over two gallon pots.

I eyeballed Sunshine Pro coco one time and it just seemed like a cheaper product then the Canna coco I'm used to. I think I've become a coco snob. You're grow proved me wrong though I'm glad you're doing so well with it while saving money.

jw why you didnt go vertical in the tents, with a vert light mover? think yield would increase? jw Im crazy

is there 1 or 2 pumps feeding the pvc manifold?

Are you worried about a timer failing?

Drip Clean? Did you veg in 1 gal pots?

All I can say is that is beautiful! Your setup looks very clean, apart from a slightly messy screen(can't blame you, chicken wire is hard to work with) wondering what your harvest will yield.

Hey everyone, things are going well with the new grow. I cleaned up the BMR girls again today, hoping for less popcorn this time around. I had more popcorn than I cared for with that Headband. Takes waaay too long to trim.

nice job bro im finishing up a daywrecker myself how long did u take them

Thanks! This round I took them a little over 60 days. I'm sure you'll love it.

how do you train those in the back row pal

There are two zipper doors in the back of the tent and I left a couple extra feet of space to work back there.

I'm just trying to keep things simple and stick with what I know these first few rounds in this tent. Vertical with a light mover sounds pretty cool, I've always been fascinated with the vertical grows, maybe some day I'll give it a shot. I think there would be more potential for yield.

I have one pump to feed the drippers.

Are you worried about a timer failing?

Not really, I use two digital timers that I've used for years and I trust them. I plug the water pump for the drippers in manually once per day after checking pH.

I don't use drip clean, or anything else other than the 2 part nutes and pH down. I transplanted from clone directly to these pots that are about 1 1/2 gallon. I hate transplanting so try to keep that to a minimum.

Thanks, yeah the chicken wire is a bitch to work with. I put the PVC down that center to try to pull the center down to try to create a slight V, but it didn't really work out like that. The yield on that Headband was a little over 3lbs.

Just got around to taking a group shot, should be about day 26 flower. I kept them under the screen till about day 9 flower then just let them grow free. Stretch is done, now just waiting for some frosty little rocks to form.

What kind of pump you using? sorry if I missed it.

I don't think I mentioned it, I'm using an Activeaqua 800gph pump

Great grow man! Those pots rock..I want...where did you get them? What size exactly?

Thanks man, I got the pots from a local hydro store. They are 9"x9", but I'm not sure on the height.

Things are going pretty well with the current grow. Will try to get a snapshot soon.

iCough,
Truly.. this is simply beautiful. Would you do me a favor and break down your nute regimen and also take some pics of your veg area?

What temps are you seeing inside your tent? Are you utilizing CO2? What is average humidity?

Thanks again for the incredible pics.
