Finding money.

I've found several different 20 dollar bills in the past few months amongst other shit on the street lol. Every time I have I just bought food for homeless people.

Anyone else find cool shit?

My face each time I found money lol.

found over $1200 in an airport parking lot (JFK), it was wrapped in a rubber band only w/no ID, I kept it which of course kept me from becoming homeless. found $450 in a bathroom stall, fell out of someones pants whilst pooping was my guess. as I recall I celebrated w/a latte.......

The local car wash here has provided me with a few bucks in quarters,either on top of the vacuum or the top of the coin slot for the wash.

i found a $20 on my way to the atm, less than an hour before my 21st birthday. i bought some drinks with it an hour later. that was eons ago, and i've had no such luck since. when i lived in dc, the dulles toll road was pretty great for scoring extra cash. always check the toll booth coin returns. if you ever see a toll that isn't accepting any coins( long lines and everyone gets the red light buzzer) go in that lane and check it. it once took me over 4 handfuls of pure silver coins to clear it. i once did it in front of a toll collector, and she yelled "hey thats our money"as i pulled off. back then the cameras were not hooked up, so i never had to pay and never got anything in the mail. it took them until 2004ish to finally install real, working cameras. good times!

As a kid we'd ride our bikes on the many roads in the small desert town I grew up in and there was always lots of tools on or at the side of the road.
At 14 years old while body surfing in the ocean I saw a Dollar bill churning in the surf so I grabbed it.
Many many years later at Buffalo Bill's in Primm Nevada after JUST breaking even at the BlackJack tables I was going to the car to get my clear glasses and next to the car was a crisp new $100.00 bill. I parlayed it in to $145.00 Good Times

I like to give a special THANKS to the Japanese man who was just handing my lost wallet to the desk clerk at a motel in Gresham Oregon as I came in to see if anybody had found it.

My favorite find was on my 21st birthday. I was broke as fuck, got woken up early by my roommates and walked out on the porch to have smoke and there was a $20 bill laying on the steps. It did not end belonging to any of my roommates so I bought a case of Lowenbrau Dark and a pack of smokes. Turned out to be a good day.

I remember when I was much younger, I was walking with a friend, and she had this thing, always looking into packs of cigarettes on the ground. She didn't smoke. One day, she grabs one, opens it, one half cigarettes, the other half money, 110$

(not 450 or 1500$) but you know

since that day, I always look in them. Sort of looks a bit welfarey

but its not as bad as being the guy who looks in ashtrays for some cigarette puffs.

I also found 20$ some time in a bar. Love finding money.

I am a carpenter and during a construction project we demo-ed a staircase. Under the staircase was a safe. The person doing the work was the daughter of the mans safe. She didn't even know it was there. Turns out it had a couple gold bars and some gold certificates. Helped her pay for the house renovation.

not a forgetful person....just lots and lots of jars around all the time
