I waited too long on my strawberry bubba kush and snow white. I had some dead plant material I had to cut out when trimming for hang dry. You can let your plants go too long, pays to check the bud sites out well.

How many days have you been flushing? Checked trichs? From looks I'd say within the next few days..

does not look ripe to me ... maybe a 2 weeks, but its strain dependent how fast she will ripe out ... wait till more hairs turn the color and the calyxes begin to swell ...

thats how i like my bud, but thats just me ....

I now click on all the "time to harvest?" threads. I see the pictures and I read the opinions, and quite often I get to see the results. Quite the learning environment.

Started this forum with a 43 day bud cycle. Read some stuff made me go "no shit!" and the next tray got 51 days. Much better than years of short timing. The current tray just passed 51 days and is not near as ripe as the OP's pictures above.

The 51 day period was picked as that is when the trichomes started clouding up, I had learned that much.

After checking out all these threads it looks as if the same strain that for years was harvested at 43 days and once harvested at 51 days is a 70-75 day strain. All the hairs are still white, clear trichomes keep appearing, none are amber, no swelling.

"if I knew then what I know now", I understand the lament now. Harvesting 30 days early, sigh.
