Ahum... Benji... are you saying you're a way better grower than I and I?... I just hope you have better luck....

sorry sativabeliva i never intended that i was a better grower than you just hoping 4 better luck than you as u said in your quote! I dont beleive im a better grower than anybody sometimes i guess it just comes down 2 luck and experience or a mixture of both anyways ill be making a log on my chemdog dd grow. I would of done the same with my other strains but ran into trouble using a grow tent that nearly killed all of my babies!!
wat is the recommended flowering time of the chemdog dd??

65-75 days seems to be the status quo.
pheno and grow methods dependant, i suppose, but all tend to finish (mostly cloudy, with some amber trichs appearing) by day 75ish.

SativaB,My Friend.
Let's stop right Here.
What you REALLY need are Chemdog D Backcross seeds, preferably CDD BX#2.
Drop an email to SB's info center, and tell Admin that I asked you to be given a pack of the BX#2, I THINK there's a few packs still about.
If not,I'll dig some up,personaaly, and see that you get them.
Enough, imo, with the CDD/SD IBLs you have. Interesting, but time to bag 'em and tag 'em,my friend.
And for that, I am truly sorry.

Cheers!

Rez, I've got a reply from Seedboutique... stating you need to contact them personally for this!

Rez, if you like me to have a go with your CDD BX#2 you need to take some action...

 first I hear nothing but positive grow/smoke reports, now that my double d is getting closer and closer to being ready for flower I keep hearing about the bad hermie reports and shit about these traits. Starting to make me uneasy. Chem is the only new plant I have in my garden. Eh, I guess only time will tell..Nothing much I can really do other than wait and then share if I had the same "problems". Really to me like I said before nanners aren't problems, seeds however are. Somehow pollen spread throughout my garden, pollinated my one of my whole plants and it affected the yield of it badly. I don't want that to happen again. Btw just a question, has any one tried to use Dutch Masters Reverse with this about the hermie problems or just with any plants that was problematic with nanners and balls? I bolded it because I haven't seen an answer about that product yet. Just want some input.

I used reverse on mine, and both my DD phenos hermied still..However I have 2 Double Strawberry Diesels with no sign of hermies so far, 30 days in.

update on my hermies, turns out it was MY error, i had a damn light leak only at certain times at night. so no issues once that is resolved.

I'm growing clones of my seedplant CDD fem's now, they will be harvested in a week or so between day 65 and 75. I germed 5 seeds and ended up with 3 fem's, one killer chunky snow-machine pheno which is some serious knock-your-dick-in-the-dirt shit. I'm sad to say all 3 of mine have been kicking nanners, in both generations. I'm not going to claim to be the best grower but I don't overfert and my environmentals are solid (incl. no light leaks.) They usually show a few few early nanners at week 3 or so and then there are a lot more in weeks 7,8,9. I wish this wasn't an issue. To be honest I let them flower past 70 days the first time just picking off as many nanners as possible. I had 3 CDD growing next to 1 Bubba bx1 and only found 2 seeds in the Bubba (which was a true fem.) Rez your gear is dope brother no disrespect, maybe I will find a true fem in the remaining seeds I've got. I will snap a few pics of this killer pheno if I can find the charger for my camera -_-" . She is gorgeous. The sad thing is she herm'd the most out of the 3, found some open male sacks that escaped detection underneath some lower budsites just the other week. I notice more seeds this time around. =\ But I love the herb!

Cheers

Edit: I have two ok photo of the "#3" keeper, she was grown single-cola style and I had to remove the bottom 50% of the plant a few weeks into flower due to massive nanners. Second run she got topped a few times, and looks great.

Look guys,it's well-documented that both sides of this hybrid carry reversal sensitivities. It only stands to reason, like Alzheimer's, that it'll be found in generations of the progeny-to one extent or another.

You realize you're justifying this release by saying its a well-documented hermie-potential strain? Does this sound like a good marketing pitch to you?

It's not "reversal prone" at all,in fact,

So which is it? Rez, while I can appreciate your hard work and dedication I have to call a spade a spade when I see it. This hipocricy along with your defensive and arrogant demeanor are a real turn off. By all means keep doing what you do. I respect your style and while I may find some of your posts to be tasteless and offensive, I am fully capable of taking the bad with the good so don't expect me to troll. All breeders get hated on and how you deal with it says a lot about who you are. Go ahead and call me a troll, I'm just expressing my opinion. Crush my ego with your bold italics. I believe you are a good breeder and not greedy but IF I WERE YOU and I'm not, I would work on my bedside manner.

Cheers

Boy I am asking for it aren't I.... good thing I'm a nobody here. :)

Not to beat a dead horse but I love my Chemdog Double-D!

I have pulled a few LATE flowering nanners off of her but they were sterile for the most part.

I found two excellent (pretty stable) females out of a single pack. One has been in my garden for YEARS now.

i know this thread is several years old... But I just had to!

So what "new" Chem lines should I be buying from Rez? The IBL?

What's everyone's favorite chem or diesel line at the moment?

Thanks,

M. M
