Good luck with your back, and make sure the docs give you a diagnosis. It sounds awful for you, and I hope you find relief, and it doesn't limit you too much.

Maybe a *GooD* Chiropractor can loosten that shit up man, and of course avoid surgery. From what I hear back surgery is avoid at all cost. I have a great back cracker down here in socal, he gets that shit loose lol. No pinched anything, for $50 it aint too bad once a month to feel like a teenager again. Good Luck Mannnn!

Just came in here to say this, I love my chiropractor, dude keeps me out of pain and workin year round, no drugs needed! Hell last week my hjaw wouldn't close on one side, totally bound up somehow. 2 minutes with him and I could eat again, hooray food!

If your bonecracker has a hydrotable.......use it..... It is so wonderful, I wanted to buy one for the house but they are about $2000..and I wouldnt begin to know how to repair it if it broke

I would join you at the House of Prime Rib... but I am too far away.

In any case, I wish you the fastest of total recoveries my friend.

mmmmm pretty sure you're not supposed to work out that soon after an adjustment. I've always had great experiences with chiropractors. Much better than with doctors. Wish it weren't the truth but it is.

p90x? pshhhhhh! Do Crossfit Krunch! Waaaay more fun.

Hey krunch I did chiropractor for my neck and back for over a year from supposedly the best of the best... Used to sell meds to the grand daughter of the ppl who invented chiropractor... And let me tell you that one day of acupuncture and I was feeling like pure extacy :) find yourself a good acupuncure doctor that hopefully will use the electricity and bam! Works wonders only done it twice from a very good doc well worth it try it.

Thats some shit and I wish you the best man. My wife has a similar issue with her back as well and it sucks. She started with the bulging/compressed disc thing and she threw it WAY out once upon a time when she sneezed. From there, they did a surgery to help rectify it but she still has issues to this day. Her leg loses and (sorta) regains feeling all of the time. This was over 10 years ago and she still has issues to this day.

I hope you heal to the best that your body will let you.

I suffer from the L5-S1 disc/ nerve damage, I have a numb left foot and no achilles reflexes in the left foot. It's now call degenerative disc disease with degenerative arthritis to boot. Screwed my back in the Army 25 years ago, now I'm rated 100% total and permanent disabled. Never had surgery, never talked to anyone who had a laminectomy that said it did them enough good to justify the operation. Some days are good some aren't. I just have to make sure I'm holding on to something when I sneeze or cough as my legs give out of I do either when standing. Achoo... to the floor I go, the first time it happened in front of my wife she just about s***t a big one. You learn to deal with the pain, its always there has been for 25 years. get used to some low grade constant pain once the worst is over.

Duuuuuh....My brain hurts.

Duuuuuh....My brain hurts.

Not trying to burst your bubble Krunch (Pun intended), but most chiropractors are quacks (not all, but most)! They only address the skeletal system, & not the musculoskeletal system.

Just out of curiosity, how do they affect the skeletal system and somehow get around the musculoskeletal system?

Do they debone the body like a chicken nugget before they start working on the spine, then put it back in afterwards?

That might be the most uneducated statement I've ever heard, anywhere....ever.

Anyone that works in any discipline of healthcare knows you can't separate the neuromusculoskeletal system....it's all one thing. You can't move a hip or a knee or a back without affecting the nerves, muscles, ligaments, tendons and cartilage......AT ALL.

Usually the folks spouting platitudes about "quacks" are the most illiterate of all.

Glad you've got lots of "clients" you've helped....they're in 'great' hands apparently.

can't thank you enough guys!

that chiropractor was a god send! cant explain the difference he made! its like going from an 108 year old grandpa to a 15 year old again!

woke up with a really sore leg today, but it was from the chairs at the restaurant we went to. 10 minutes of stretching the chiro showed me and im back at 100%, thank god!!!
