I have seen this in the old Sensi Shiva Skunk a few times..seen this same thread topic pop up a few time also so I don't think its to uncommon

Two radicals within one seed. Not very common, but I've seen it before in Cannabis and a few other seeds.

It's like a human embryo splitting to make identical twins.

twins are when two plants are present in one seed, this is just a node fuckup. Im sorry to destroy the moment lads, i really am.

once or twice, It usually performs as well as the others

Nah, i doubt that too! Yield wise it might be just the same but height wise it will not, and as with most in here we have limited space
and a unified canopy is preferrable. However if he had a batch of twins, then we're talking.

:thank you:

^ can I ask where you hear of hand pollination doing this..

very interesting, as you would think wind pollinated would be the same as hand pollination ??? how could the plant know, or the process make the plant turn out different

Every seed contains a single embryo which grows a radical then a root. Sometimes the embryo will split causing two radicals to emerge. Rare, but it does happen.
