'Free floating' your ingredients is a more effective way to dissolve/dislodge things. Straining is only necessary if you are going to spray the tea, which I only do on my lawn. Otherwise I do soil soaks. Paint strainers from homedepot/lowes are a lot better, stronger, and last longer than hose/cheese cloth. I've been using my 2 strainers for more than a year. 2/$2.

You should look at the organic soil 'tea article' thread.

I will give it a try without a strainer, I can see sediment being left over at the bottom of the bucket, but I wont and have not been spraying my tea just adding it to the soil when I water.

I will check out the paint strainers thanks for the tip.

That article about the ACT brewer is pretty cool, but I don't think its necessary for my purpose.

Appreciate the help!

Ray Martinez's contact info is on his web page here:
http://raymartinez.com/contact.html

Martinez said whatever medical benefits come from marijuana can be obtained through legally available pharmaceuticals, such as Miranol.

If marijuana is a medicine, it should be federally regulated and prescribed like other medications, he said.

Marijuana’s primary use is for getting “high,” he said. Having medical marijuana readily available in Fort Collins when it is banned elsewhere is not good for the city’s image.

loco, what are the specs in there? strains? They look fat and healthy, 2 words you dont usually see together!

Stankie: bought a sprayer with a res. for nutes. Took your advice and added some of my guano tea to it and sprayed down the lawn...HERES to me maybe having a decent lawn this year!

To be honest, I was talking about spraying ACT's.

The guano may help though. I mixed up too much kelp extract this weekend and sprayed the rest on my lawn. Can't hurt :)

andddd now we have HB 1043. talked to a lawyer, and he says that all CGs must register with the state. moratorium extended for another year. this is bullshit.

"We're trying to protect the confidentiality that is provided under the constitution to a caregiver in regard to patients," he stresses. "Patient information is absolutely protected. But for law enforcement, if they pull someone over with a trunk full of marijuana and the guy or gal claims to be a caregiver, law enforcement doesn't have a way to verify or corroborate that. So under this, we're creating somewhat of a registration environment, where law enforcement -- and law enforcement only -- can access a database. So if they pull over John Doe, and John Doe claims to be a caregiver, they can look it up and see, 'You are a caregiver, so you have a legal right to have this in your possession.'"

i just want to know, how is this fool josh stanley relevant? wasn't it him and matt brown that helped get 1284 passed in the first place? now he's just trying to do more damage. what the fuck...

The bill creates 2 new classes of medical marijuana licenses:
! A primary caregiver cultivation license, which gives a
primary caregiver who has received a waiver to serve more
than 5 patients or who grows more than 30 plants at a time
the authority to grow medical marijuana only for his or her
patients or for the patients of another primary caregiver, if
the licensee has been delegated authority over the patients.
A primary caregiver who cultivates medical marijuana for his or
her patients must register the cultivation site and all patient identification
numbers with the medical marijuana state licensing authority and comply
with all zoning and building codes.
I am under the impression that you only have to register with the state if you are a primary caregiver as stated above. 5+ patients/ 30+ plants.

12-43.3-405. Primary caregiver cultivation license. A PRIMARY
CAREGIVER CULTIVATION LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED ONLY TO A PRIMARY
7
CAREGIVER WHO IS REGISTERED WITH THE STATE HEALTH AGENCY
8
PURSUANT TO SECTION 25-1.5-106, C.R.S., WHO HAS RECEIVED A WAIVER
9
FROM THE STATE HEALTH AGENCY TO SERVE MORE THAN FIVE PATIENTS
10
OR WHO GROWS MORE THAN THIRTY MEDICAL MARIJUANA PLANTS AT A
11
TIME, AND WHO GROWS AND CULTIVATES MEDICAL MARIJUANA FOR THOSE
12
PATIENTS. A PRIMARY CAREGIVER CULTIVATION LICENSEE SHALL NOT
13
PROVIDE OR SELL ANY CULTIVATED MEDICAL MARIJUANA TO ANYONE
14
OTHER THAN HIS OR HER PATIENTS OR THE PATIENTS OF ANOTHER PRIMARY
15
CAREGIVER IF THE PRIMARY CAREGIVER HAS BEEN DELEGATED AUTHORITY
16
OVER THE PATIENTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 25-1.5-106 (7), C.R.S.

I like Rocky Mountain Organics and have had clean clones from them on multiple occasions.

That's funny cause I was told recently they were a huge joke, that they had visible mites and PM, and all their meds are prepackaged and they have little pyramids of meds like you see at the grocery store.

I guess they refuse to spray their clones, so guess what? They got bugs! Doh! Go figure.......

I would like to add some new flavors
but bugs are what is preventing me from doing so
I'm clean now with my two flavors (LSD and Dutch Dragon)
and I want to stay that way

I ended up getting PM on the clones I got from Cure =\

The ones I got from Urban Dispensery and The Herbal Center were legit though.

I sprayed all of the plants I have, including ones that didn't have any spots. Hopefully it doesn't come back, gonna be pissed. Thinking about taking clones of all the strains I want to keep and just hoping they don't get PM.

Just say no to dispensary clones! Even the most reputable dispensary can't keep their patients from coming in and contaminating the hell out of the place - stick with licensed seed from your favorite MMC - there are plenty of great seed lines in the state (and one-or-two not-so-great ones) that can increase your genetic variety in a whole new direction - plus when you grow from seed, you can supply your own clones :)
