first time grower vs powder mildew

Lactobacili culture will destroy PM in no time.
So basically I wipe the leaves on a moist vagina? This might actually cost more than Eagle 20 seeing as I don't have girlfriend atm.

I think I'm just going to use whatever fungicide I can find at the hydro store today that doesn't contain sulfur.

Still a little paranoid about mixing plants together. I might try to get the "contaminated" plants separate for as long as possible, might just throw 'em all into flower now (they're all around 10") with HPS and put the T5 HO in another room with the ones that look safe. Going to try and make clones of the "good" plants today or tomorrow now...hopefully they haven't got infected...

So Serenade is the lactobaccilius? I might try that iso/h202/water spray/rinse/dry method first.

If the disease pressure in your area is too high, you can easily still get PM, even with a perfect environment!!!

My rooms environments are DIALED, always. Temps, humidity, Hepa filtered intakes, and I did go years without ever getting PM, but then I DID get PM, along with everyone else in my area (wine country) because of late rains and vineyards all having PM.

In my experience, Eagle-20 kills PM dead, done deal. No need to trash clones or start over, just spray with Eagle-20 and enjoy. It is only to be used in veg though. I spray right when I flip to 12-12.

Of course, if your environment is not dialed, that should be your first order of business, a dialed environment is crucial and just a given IMO.

PM is not to be taken lightly, like Spider Mites, it is a potential crop-ender, and it is known to make people sick. I would argue that weed with responsibly used Eagle-20 is safer to smoke than weed with any amount of PM.

True! This is a perfect example of spore pressure overwhelming good growing practices and protection. It happens. good growers like yourself handle it with ease.

I sprayed with the rubbing alcohol/h202 cocktail and put the sick plants into darkness after drying. After a day or two I'm going to check and see if it comes back, if not I'll start a flowering schedule.

If I take clones of the infected plants, will they have powder mildew in their genes? I kinda wouldn't mind keeping this pakalolo strain depending how it turns out.

Dude, I understand that there are situations where PM may seem avoidable ( such as if it grows outside your indoor garden ) , but if your environment was perfect then PM could not grow on your plants even if the spores are everywhere.

Eagle 20 may be the best for sure bet, but your grow will be all around better than healthier if you at least try to correct environment first. That shit is illegal for hydro stores to sell in this state so I personally would not ever use it unless I had no other option or choice.

Shout it all you want, dood. I know what my environmentals are at and they're fine.

I have an otherwise all around killer pheno that happens to have a severe weakness to PM, seems genetic as even its seed sisters when in direct physical contact did not get infected, nor did any other of 5 different strains that have been directly exposed to the carrier phenos.

I'd already spent better than half a year trying all kinds of other products and going through rounds of ventilation upgrades to ensure the environment was in check. All the while suffering substantially reduced yield.

The only thing that's come close to working is Eagle 20.
