Hey THC,
I had also been doing some research on the foldable shovels, and found good reports on the "Fiskars Folding Spade" which is NATO certified
They're a bit on the higher end of the price, but look promising.
So true on something you said about autos earlier, they need to have a perfect go, else they'll give you tiny little plants with nothing... I harvested one, not taller than a cellphone and with not more than a J's worth
The soil type also seems to be crucial.

the autos are doing great , but my lowryder 2 was a male again
i threw 10 in a glass of water 2 days ago , gonna plant some today , must have one or two females cuz the weed is so tasty
the other plants in my greenhouse the trainwreck and the amnesia cross with MM are slowly getting started
i trained them and today i am gonna train all the branches down opening the plants totally and then after 1 week i will top all branches. They need to stay low cuz of the limited height of the greenhouse.
I didnt make my holes deep enough causing the bottom of the root s to touch the flowering soil mix which is kinda hot. This will slow them down a lil bit till they get accustomed
the soil fermentated 6 weeks

it is already flowering
this auto ak is still vegging but in max 1 week she'll slowly start to flower as well
this one is nice and branchy

nice and bushy with short internodes , smells very familiar , has lots of the trainwreck in her
amnesia x MM
this one has longer nodes and a more open structure, i already pinched a small seedpod and some amnesia smell def came thru
well that's it for now at my place
i'll go visit a budy of mine with the hybridsfromhell
gonna help him repot to a bigger size so he can determine sex, and i'll be there also to make sure all plants are labelled right
and i'm also gonna visit another buddy with the manitoba medicine plants and SPG + tw x mm crosses

Hey i kinda laughed when i saw you started everything in March ... it's understandable! How do they cope with the low light levels at that time of year ... or did you start them under lights?
For myself, i wasn't going to grow anything this year but found myself last week buying some 'easy sativa' and 'maroc' seeds for a late start. It's just depressing with such good weather and nothing growing!

i started them under duo fluor 2 x 55 w
same here it is a vey underrated strain

the plan is to fill half the greenhouse with the 2 plants
the ag13 will be removed it is just to have some healthy cuts
the ag13 is a5 haze crossed with sensi g13 indica
it is the ag13 nr 2 cut
it is about 15-20 years old
a pain in the ass to grow indoors with a hanging willow tendency
difficult to keep green
but very strong cerebral sativa high
flowers 12-16 weeks
outdoors it would be ready here about december january

If I'm not wrong, Tangerine Dream is A5 Nevilles Haze x G13 , right?
It's suposed to flower around 11 weeks.....

i repotted the 2 guerillia gold 2 and the manitoba medicine plants
they have 30 liters of soil rich in N and wormcastings
normally they should reveg
i also repotted a sour bubble to 30 liters of good soil, i need strong fresh cuts
The ag13 and the sour bubble will be removed and composted later when i have rooted cuts
the sour bubble is too susceptible to mold and the ag13 is ready wayyyy too late
i also planted 4 new lowryder 2 seeds must have 2 big females
the trainwreck has really rooted well now, she's all shiny
hybrids that Nevil maked in the past are
A5 (NL5xHzA)
C5 (NL5xHzC)
AG13 (G13xHzA)
CG13 (G13xHzC)
HPH (Hash Plant x HzA)
so that AG13 it tast like A5 haze can be becorse the Father is the same Haze A male
well i am displeased to announce that i kinda fucked up my 2 autoflowers
i was real stoned from that damn volcano
i was treating my mothers with plant vitality plus against mites
the dose was 50ml/l
but then it was finished and i only had another anti mite spray left.
I saw on the box 50ml/l
i was like , hey this is convenient. There was a little speck of dirt on the bottle but i didnt give it any thoughts
after 2 days my big a5 began showing spots
i turned on the sprinkler systemù and now it is full of spotsz
necrotic brown/yellow pathces of burnt leaf
i was like WTF how can this be
i took another look at the bottle at a more sober moment and removed the speck of dirt and saw the dose was actualyy 50ml/10l
so i accidentally gave some plants 10 times the dose
my 2 non auto plants also have a bit of damage but they will grow out of it no problem
the thing sis these spots will start rotting , but if i remove the affected leaves i wont have much left
i already threw 10 more beans in the water and by frisay i am gonna decide if i will remove the autos or not
of course i'll take some pics so you guys may aid me in taking a decision

I'm very sorry to hear... They were looking really nice, kinda lightened up my day seeing buds like that thos early in the season. I had a similar situation myself with Perineum (sp?) and them plants.
As you said before, since autos have a defined timeframe (tho I've been reading about some bogus autos doing rounds in the market ) they need to have it perfect, or nearly perfect, to produce nice stuff.
On a completely different note, my shovel arrived

Crappy pics, but that's a 50 euro cent coin for reference. Handle is in a sort of hard plastic, rest is metal, making the top ligther than the bottom. It has 2 positions one at about 160 grades, the other at about 70. The later is more to make trenches/channels.
I'll have to take it for a field test, and since I'll already be there, I might as well make myself useful
