Martyrs for the cause?

I bet they don't feel like it...crushing the flame of freedom beneath the bootheel of indifference and apathy toward peoples who suffer daily. real people, real problems, no real solutions.

Once incarcerated, few besides family and close friends will remember them, or what they tried to accomplish standing up for righteous convictions.

This is the fallacy of friendly LEOs...the notches on their guns help determine their pay scale, and each wants to have more. Do not trust any LEO, ever!

Also, there are unscrupulous investors willing to receive an income from your misery!!!

...this should help put it into perpesctive.

Stay safe!

The reason most people I know let the cops see their medical garden is to try to evade having their door kicked-in with a search warrant. If you've ever had a search warrant served on your house you would understand. That's why they "show the cops"!

Having a SWAT team kick in your door & shoot your dog, is not a very pleasant experience for most people. To try to stop this from happening, they invite them in while they are awake & can tie-up their dogs.

People aren't inviting them in to show off to the police.

Like I said they will tell you oh sure we will come and inspect your cannabis grow sure and then they document everything they see and that you tell them. When you hit the 100 the feds are kicking in your door and shooting your dog.

We think we are doing what needs to be done in all actuality there there to collect evidence against you as soon as you fail to follow the law.

never trust Leo the will lie to you and it is legal for them to do so. Don't trust them.

Even though Im a legal user I'm still growing as if I WHERE NOT. Everything is kept quite. I dont tell anyone.

IT's obvious that the local Leo was keeping track of how many plants where grown and handed that info over to the feds.
It was a local regulation. Local LEO were required to inspect gardens to make sure they were in compliance. That included counting plants. The sheriff even admitted in the trial that he was lying to these people all along, telling them they were legal and had nothing to worry about. All the while he was waiting for their plant count to exceed 100 so he could turn it over to the feds. This all came out in the trial, and of course LEO lying to people makes no difference. Just like the state medical marijuana laws the defendents were not allowed to mention.

The main reason was that these two were activists. Other grows that same sheriff inspected had far more plants, but those growers kept a low profile politically. This was clearly a set up to silence these two and make an example out of them. Just like with Marc Emery.

So disturbing, but so coomon. Those standing up for marijuana, are the ones prosecuted the hardest. Those that lead and enlighten, are the ones that scare the shit out of government!!!!! My prayers are with them.

Molly was our doctor many years ago. What wonderful compassionate people they both are. Before you got you rec Dale would spend some time with you explaining the legalities of having an MJ rec. Molly would write your rec and always end her exam with a hug. What great compassionate people. So sorry you have to go through this Dale and Molly.
Nam myoho renge kyo

I remember when this bust occured, it has been years. I feel bad that they didn't take the plea deal! The case was a slam dunk. It sounds like they had a lucrative business.

I would much rather read a story about an elding couple who had stashed a million dollars over the years and made it to Rio while out on federal bail. Fuck turning yourself in to federal prison for a 5 year minimum sentence at their age. Thought the same thing when that Barkowitz(sp) guy turned himself in. Shit. If they don't already have me in chains they wouldn't see my skinny white ass ever again. Would happily die on my feet before serving on my knees. Fuck the DEA in their toxic, hemroidal asses.

the real criminals arent the ones enacting change but the ones reinforcing failed policy, think about it when someone goes to jail their "crime" is done but when they are in jail the police continue to torture deprive and drug up the "criminal" I dont know if everyone sees this but i certainly see that as wrong.. the police are just supporting fallen failure and keeping it alive by doing bad things.. i am a witness i have seen things and im sure you guys have seen things too that you know shouldnt happen... i say fuck them they are the ones with the real problem

what are the "crimes" that we are doing? Smoking marijuana? a positive medicine for the immune system, brain, heart, etc... and what are they doing? slanderizing a wonderful plant and torturing, incarcerating, and ruining the lives of people who like it? if thats not targeting and persecution i dont know what is, atleast we are fighting for something good, what are they fighting for? are they even fighting? or are they just following orders from the man up, the man up, the man up... the man up... which is who? do any of these cops really know who they are answering to? or what they or doing, do they even know anything about cannabis firsthand? its dangerous when people confuse what they actually know with what theyve been told... and let me tell you all of us here know, about cannabis, and im sure we will all say the same thing with a big heart icon <3

If they can keep count over time, I may have to quit posting on line!

Don't sweat it man... Just keep a few pictures from others uploaded to your albums, and use some kind of a disclaimer in your sig that indicates you're just here for fun and everything you post is fiction even if it happens to be mostly truth.

I have worried over this myself. I finally came to the conclusion that I'll post nothing that gives my location away or gives my plant count.
It makes sense that if they try to use pictures that have been posted all over the web as evidence then it will at least make it more difficult for em to convince a jury.

Sometimes doin a year and a half so your loved ones go free is part of standing up for what you believe. Our thoughts and hearts are with all those doin time for what they believe. Sometimes the dream turns into a nightmare and its time to wake. Family before cannabis, cannabis before Babylon. 1:ying:
