very beneficial if you have insects that are negative to the growth of the cannabis plant :tiphat:

They are definitely good. BTW are they the red and black spotted ones or all black? (Hopefully there are black. The real mite destroyer!!)

Ladybugs are your friends. The adults and larvae specialize in eating aphids, who are not your friends. The question here though is, "Why are ladybugs hanging out around your plants?" One reason might be that you have an aphid problem. If that's the case, luckily you have the answer to the problem right there already.

There's lady bugs and there's Mexican beetle's. Lady bugs are carnivores, Mexican beetles are herbivores.

lady bug - ~orange w/ black spots

Mexican beetle - terracotta w/ brown spots

Never seen Mexican beetles on mj but they'll wreak havoc on beans. They don't eat the leaves as much as they suck out the juice, hinders the crop.

If it's lady bugs, keep an eye out for fungus gnats, root aphids, white flies, spider mites etc. There may be a reason the lady bugs like your plants.
