AK47, SourJemz, PINKBUD & Secret Citrus AF-SoG!!

Okay, so after all kinds of delays & drama, ect., ect....I finally am starting another grow thread.....AUTOBOTS 4, TRANSFORM@@@@@!!!!!

Let's get right to it, shall we......

10 SourJemz. (Sour60 x Purple Jemz) 1 day old..
9 PINKBUD. 1wk old..
8 Ak47. 1wk old..
1 Secret Citrus. 1 wk old..

The objective: 16 females SOG-styleee in 1gal containers...aiming for 8oz dry!!!
Also, will be making SourJems F3, AK F2 and PINKBUD F1 seeds!! And to keep it interesting I will be doing 2 crosses as well...because I only have 1 Secret Citrus going I will cross that with an Ak, reguardless if it's a male or female. The other cross will be.........?<you have to stick around to find out!!
The only problem thus far is I have a bit of stretch/wiggle from day 1 on all that are 1wk old....(was out of twn and they stayed in a dark place for 2 days after sprouting...ughhh!!)

DID I MENTION THIS IS GOING TO BE A STAGGER CROP IN THIS SET-UP????!

My set-up has been DOWNSIZED DRAMATICALLY!!
I had to pack up all my BIG equipment and op to use my 2 x 2 x 4 "breeding tent" to grow in FOR NOW...

Lights: 2 HO CFL's (red & blue spectrum) each bulb puts out 4200 lumens....and I will be adding 2 more by the time they sex....so that will be a total of 16,800 lumens....I ALSO added 2' HO T5's (blue specturm) in each coner...which adds 10,000 more lumens... which by the time these babies are in flower I will have a total of almost 30,000 lumens....yes, I know....a far cry from my 600hps!

*special shout out to SGS for providing the beans and creating these wicked strains...as well as Mitch_Connor for showing what AF_SoG can do!!!

Soil: 70/30 mix of Promix/FFLW with 20%perlite, EWC and D-lime....

Water: Tap, (bubbled for @ least 24hrs before use!) other than that it's ALWAYZ well oxygenated!!!!

Ventilation: 1 Bullshit ass 6"booster fan..(180cfm)<for exhaust and two 6" fans for air-circulation....all flaps on bottom of tent have been taped "open"...(passive intake, I guess) I may switch it to my TD-150 intake fan..(300cfm) if need be..summer mo are comin....

Odor control: My hardly used 6" Odor-Sok carbon filter...I kow it may not do the job pefectly but it is a stealthy type grow with lots of fresh-air ventliation from windows up high....lots of breeze...AND I have a jar of ONA-Gel that I will add to my DIY odor filter/fan bucket....

Nutrients/Supp.: Superthrive, Rizhtonic, FF GrowBig,<(hydro version) FF Open sesame, Beastie Bloomz, Cha-Ching, AN Conno A&B, Cal-Mag+, Molasses and Final Phase....

Yeah bro, I actually have 2 in there....need it for the heat too!! thanks for stopping in....yeah, it's gonna be interesting on the color tip....Although my sourJems have never shown any color..but I was told by the breeder that the color in the purple jemz is dormant and anything that it is crossed with it usually shows color by F3....so we shall see as these are F2's beans....

SGS would agree as it was purple jems he used to create PINKBUD.....one love...UTS

Here is a sourJem F2 i jus took dwn yesterday....VERY Sati-Dom! I swear this bitch smells like Sour D or M. Kush (i grew her and the Ak x SJ f1 just to preview what these crosses would do) she was 68 days old and was grown in current mini set-up...Not bad for 2 cfl's eh?

Flushed for 10 days & I had to use that white hanger thingy to hold her up! Came home one day and she was "laying dwn" lol...Tell me what you guys think???

nice setup uptosumpn. wats the total wattage of your 'breeding tent'? lights and fans included. My tent is for the same purpose 'seed production' for outdoor grows and crossing strains. Mine runs 380w with all lights and fans running tho i dont run all lights through whole grow. i like how your multi strain growing. should make for some nice mixes. do you have any methods for crossing strains? enough questions i'l let you be.

thanks auto guerilla.....I believe it's right around 400watts with everything...although I will be making some adjustments/improvements before flowering kicks in....temps been @ 86-90 on avg. (to hot for me...) so will take care of that soon..

The only thing I can tell ya as far as crossing strains is "personal preference" ie; genetics of the strain itself, stucture, smell, size, and finishing times....hope this helps....UTS

No, this thread isnt dead.....jus some good news and badd news...<aghh! anywayz, the good news is I DID get a 150hps 2 days ago as well as these wicked 1.5 gal containers that are 5.5" wide and 13" deep!!! THE PERFECT POTS FOR AF-SOG! I can fit 16 of these bitches in mi mini tent!! the bad news is I transplanted them to late....(was waiting on the pots to arrive..."custom made from a friend who owns a nursery"!!!) so all pinkbuds and ak's were stunted imo...the SourJems, which are 1wk behind made it and was transplanted today....out of all beans dropped, (28 total) i got 5 pinkbud, 5 ak, and 4 SourJems girls!!! Oh, and the 1 secret citrus turned out to be a girl also..! <so she will get hit with Ak pollen..! Will get a couple of pics up tomm. peace....

This grow has turned into a seed run...basically...oh, btw, out of 5 pinkbuds girls 2 are showing some serious color!!!! (1 is light pink & the other is dark pink almost purple!!!) So I am gonna hit both with pinkbud pollen!!!< want hundreds of seeds!!!! they are only like 4"-5" tall, so hence the seedrun....

Also, for good measure, I hit 2 Ak's with Bluestreak pollen..<(the pollen sacs were a dark blueish color!!!!) 2 other Ak's were hit with Ak pollen...!<makin those long overdue F2's!!

Gonna hit the only SC I have with Ak pollen tomm.

SourJemzF2's will get hit with Sourjem pollen in 7 days....

I only had 3 Secret Citrus seed left from all those that were blessed to me....1 made it....So I figured if imma make seeds this run and I have 1 of SGS wicked SC strain left, whateva the sex turned out to be it would be crossed with AK...<gotta keep it on the big side, so when these genetics get back under my 600 or 1000 it will be interesting for sure, feel mi! Look out for that cross by end of summer...but still want some pure SC...

Okay dont laugh peoples.......Ok, jus a lil'...REMEMBER all of these were started under CFL's, had a severe strech due to being in dark to long during germination and transplanted late...<everything went wrong to rass!!!

Anywayz, here is what I got going..sorry for the crappy pics..will try and get some macros, individual and betta pics later today....

Here is my 2 Ak's that have been hit with Bluestreak pollen yesterday....

and here is the male that was used.....he has 2 heads!!<gonna be real interesting to see what Ak x BS turns into...

And here is my new 150!! <16,500 lumens!! and as u can see I have a couple of blue HO T5's & cfl's on standby!

Also, what do u guys think about LST @ this stage?? Pinkbuds and Ak's are 5wks..(dnt think any of the pinkbuds are a candidate...<very compact and tight..) But I have a pollinated Ak that has nice spacing between nodes and looks to be still reaching up...SourJems are 4wks, and are in stretch mode, so those prob are the best candidate for LSTing, SC is around 4.5wks too...HELP FAST!!!

I love the setup, REAL nice to see another 150 grower, shame i gotta put mine away for a bit, but ill be back rocking my 150, hopefully a 250.

It will be nice when everything is full grown, BUT HEY! Im not complaining bro, ive had my share of stunted plants, and once you do, you most likely will never make the mistake again...

Anways... As for LST, you could try it on the bigger ones that you think still are going to grow a little bit... I usually stop LST around day 30-35, but thats a full grown plant, when you have plants that are 5-10 inches tall they develop super fast.. dont be surprised is alot are finished by 60 days.... Try it on a couple and see how they respond, they will show a noticeable difference within 24 hours, but a HUGE difference in two days...

P.s. Hey a side view picture of that male! I wanna see a full body shot!

20/4, I do howerver have jus discovered that my 2 SourJems males I have, started showing color on the sacs!!!! (this is the first time I have seen ANY color on this cross of Sour60 x Purple Jemz!) Wondering if it is coming from the jemz or the blueberry in sour60?? Hmmm??? I will take some pics soon and let u see<<hope I get sum decent shots...one love
