Hey Coco lovers! Been too long since i post up in this here forum. I learned So SO So much from ya'll here when i was first getting my coco chops many moons ago. Find myself mostly posting within breeder forums, but a pleasure it is to find my way back this way. Respect.
The plants were grown with floranova, in 5 Gallon Smartpots, fed with Blumats for the strawd and DTW for the Lightning.
Been flushing them for almost 2 weeks DAY 60 Flower

CLOWD11 thanks for the kind words.

I have noticed these same strains are foxtailing more this grow than they did last few times. Not sure why? I run CO2 and temps in the 85-88 range. I know its a bit high but good for CO2 grows.
I noticed that the plant closest to the Air conditioner has the least amount of foxtailing. Maybe its a bit to hot, but i dont want to lower it because of my CO2. Any thoughts folks?

What is the common cause for the leaf edges to curl up? Seems to be at the tops of plants maybe indicating heat is an issue. Was your previous grow similar in temp?
My God those plants are frosty!
Its probably too late to correct any probs for this grow at this stage, but honestly i dont think too many people would not be envious of your growing results.

Using co2 might have caused a hole in the ozone layer above your house :)

do you use bloombastic?

Hi Ninja. No Bloombastic.... does it cause foxtailing, or do you recommend it?

Clowd11 yeah similar temps last time. Leaf edge curl can be at least two things i know of. Mag. Deficiency and overheating. Could not do much else about the heat as i had my hoods over the SD's all the way up to the ceiling. The plants were 6+ ft. tall. was battiling to keep them from growing into the burning bulbs:bump:

BB causes major fox tailing. random horns everywhere

Thanks for sharing that tidbit. I am not a fan of foxtailing on strains that i know can be grown without. I realize some strains naturally do this and i love those, just not when it makes an otherwise dense cola, woody and airy...

IJDC it the thought that counts Bro! Thanks for the kind words and swinging by to say hello.

JustinfreakinCredible a pleasure to see you all the way over here. Yeah you were right about these ladies, even though i tortured them in early flower they still packed on the weight. Thanks for helping out back then:tiphat:

Day 61 and the White Lightning are just starting to Amber up a bit. I am hoping to chop them in a couple days, but i want a good 20% amber so we will see.
The SD's are cloudy...

one of my fav examples of a plant fed BB. major swelling and major fox tailing. this actually looks kinda cool hahaha

the guy also claimed that some of his plants had mites. All mites died on plants fed bloombastic. dont know about this claim, and not interested in testing it out :D

out of curiosity, how'd ya get the strawberry diesel beans/clones? Been looking like mad!

This plant was from a pack of Fractal Genetics', Strawberry Diesel F2, bred by Ganesh. All three females of the seven seeds i popped hermaphrodited, but this pheno does not until about week 8. Not viable pollen, me thinks, yet to find a seed in it, on her third grow. My room or conditions could contribute to it, or probably just a sensitive Sour Diesel trait as most other plants don't herm.

She is the kind of sticky that is adhesive like, pulls out my arm hairs just walking by! well almost...

Yeah me too. Not sure what strain that is that Ninja pictured? Ninja? I know its an example of bloombastic swelling, just don't know what it is...looks dank!

GANESH always a pleasure to display your wares. Got some other seeds of yours on the way. Thanks again and i hope to smoke you out with the Strawberry Diesel if you're ever in Norcal.

BOOM my brother from down yonder!
To answer your question about yield, i have a few guesses, hopes, and dreams... Seriously though a few factors this round will dictate my yields. I had a pretty serious lockout in early flower, and could have fit another plant under each light, but this is also my first time not having 10+ strains/phenos blooming at once. So i was hoping to yield more than ever before in this room. the room is 5400 watts and i am hoping for 8#. I was hoping for 9.5+ before i started to flower, but have let that dream go. my SD's are not really finishing as strong as i had hoped. They are a bit on the fluffier side of things, where as they were denser the last two times i grew them...so we'll see.

I'm hoping for ya bro to tip those scales over 8.5# :tiphat:
Every time I look at your plants mate, my jaw just hits the ground :jawdrop:
Inspiring to say the very least :D

Thanks for the generous words BOOM. Hopefully with a little luck i'll hit my goal. Started the chop two days ago, at 9 weeks. Maybe 10% Amber. Wanted to let the White Lightnings go to 20%, but need to start trimming as it takes a good amount of time...a nice problem to have ;)
