hulu.com has some good shows.. its always sunny in philadelphia is on there. funniest show ever.. check out "the gang gets whacked"

a really good site to watch streaming movies , tv. shows , sports events ( like the UFC TONIGHT! ) is http://www.justin.tv , then navigate to the entertainment section , no registration required.

I Can't believe no one has said Quicksilverscreen forum I have been watching streaming TV on the internetz for 5 years and been to ALL the sites this one has the most extensive collection of Material ANYWHERE... another one is Ninjavideo they upload all TV shows 1 hour or less after they air in the east coast.If you need any more assistance just let me know. my screenname is the same over at Quicksilverscreen forum

ovguide is the best site i've come across and i'm really into this type of stuff. ovguide is the google of steaming media. if there was something better i would have stumbled across it by now.
