Aint no nanners there dawg! Besides i thought your post was saying mine wasnt green crack?

Its not Green Crack...

Cush is very distinct and your pic does not look like it. Like I said I'm not trying to blow your spot up I just don't like cuts being passed around that aren't the real deal, and I am sure there are other's on this thread that agree and many more on the rest of the site. If that guy is still doing it you might want to tell him that he is passing around mislabeled cuts.

And here is your nanner...

Happy Easter everyone!

Can you help me find the nanners in these other pics too?

Same bud. Im super glad that i have a fellow grower here in SD to help me out with my nanners. or is it manners?:tiphat:

Believe me... this is the real deal.

Thanks to all that chimed in concerning my plant woes / TMV blues.. I scratched my itchy trigger finger before a full cull of the room, despite things remaining really slow growing. Here are photos from all 5 strains in my room from about 3 days ago.. as you can see, the HA OG (photo above) has very definite looking virus appearance. I ordered the TMV test strips a full 9 days ago express, and am still waiting for them to arrive. I realize that strangeness/markings shown here on leaves of the other strains could all be explained by one deficiency or another; the fact that my nutrient regiment is very basic and has always yielded good results, at least in veg, and that my environment parameters all being real steady and controlled, has had me looking for a different explanation.

Reading a thread about some awful off-gassing issues caused by toxic tubing from NGW, and seeing some similarity to the photos of associated damage, started me thinking about the air in my room.
I've been using a co2 burner, and finally realized that things took a downward turn coincidently with this being turned on a few weeks ago... I stepped the levels down a few times from initial 1100ppm to 800ppm, thinking that maybe plants weren't ready for full on dose. It's a high end electronic ignition propane burner (igs-lp8).. Room we're working with is really tightly sealed, so that just hanging out in the space for ~20 min raises ppm to over 1500ppm, so that the burner only comes on rarely. Well, I unplugged it for a night, and 24 hrs later saw significant increase in overall perkiness in the room, and even some new growth greening! Burner has been dormant for a few cycles, and I'm thinking may have been damaged in recent move/transport. I started reading about a leak /malfunction and found this: http://www.greenhousegrower.com/magazine/?storyid=3153

Turns out a small amount of ethylene produced by incomplete combustion can lead to serious plant issues. I think this is the source of my troubles! .. Ethylene is odorless, and a small enough molecule to likely pass through the carbon filter I have scrubbing 24/7. Alternative explanation being that the burner is working fine, but the virus that seems present is indeed a virus, and the stress of enhanced co2 demands causes its full expression. A simple test with a known clean co2 source (tank/regulator) should sort this explanation out.
I will post up again with progress notes-- I realize this info is a bit out of place here.. maybe better suited for the infirmary/growroom design forum, but I really respect the knowledge base in this thread, and thought the potential virus issue might be of local interest. thanks again for thoughts and insights! -Max

I'll chime in on the GC....I believe it is in fact GC grown to its fullest, I've seen GC pumped before and thats it. I'd say your herb is on the tiny side Calico, so the looks are very much different when compared to Farmhouse. Also I think since it has been pushed it has tons of white hairs(not bananas although they do look similar) at the point where GC could honestly be pulled, I'm sure farmhouse used some sort of additive to make his GC's "reflower" toward the end of the cycle which would increase weight.

Hope this helps not quit whining! And honestly people, if you know you got the real deal then you shouldn't have to back yourself up. PEACE

mcgoo's dubb was for sure some fire, I personally prefer it over my strawberry d, its got more power in its punch without sacrificing any of the smoking pleasure...the dubb is an awesome cut, a true keeper(just got to get her to yield a little better, it's so good it never seems to last)

Maxwell there isnt any tmv in any og or chems just a deficiency, change to mh and raise the ph. All the og,chems that I have grown have had those symptoms when I first got them none of them have it now. If it was tmv they would have died, og /chems are a little pickier than most strains before you get them dialed, I never veg with co2 even without a burner they dont adjust as well at the begining wait until bloom. The victorville og had it really bad when I got her and shes all healthy now throws roots in 7 days, no verigated leaves or twisting of any kind.

Max well, I had a similar co2 burner problem.

I used a CAP NG electonic ignition burner for 2 years without a problem. I moved to a spot without NG and converted my burner to propane using CAP's conversion kit.

I moved beautiful plants from veg, which didn't have co2, to my flower room and they turned to crap. The only difference between the veg and flower rooms were co2 and light intensity. I raised the lights and shut off the co2 and they looked great again in a couple of days. I turned the co2 on again and they went to crap. Turned it off, back to being beautiful. I don't use co2 anymore. At some point I'll call CAP and see what they have to say about it.

Not long after that I had my virus issues.

Hopefully your problems are just the co2 burner and not virus related.

Thanks for the input KRD, Red Reign, Ohgee..

Well it really looks like the issue was the co2 burner.. just 48hrs after turning it off and plants are fully back on track!, drinking once again and greening up, night and day difference in appearance; my bad for gettin jumpy thinking that issue was TMV related-- reports from locals of HA OG causing some issues sounded like it might be too coincidental.. I'll go through with testing with the strips when they arrive. I still haven't fed the plants at all, and they've made a complete turn around after switching off my burner, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a deficiency.. the leaf discoloration to me looked more similar to the effects of off-gassing .

I have frequently vegged with co2 enhancement (which I think is pretty common), both from burners (this same one at times), and tanks, and have often set up rooms with a veg zone that has air exchange with the flower , never seen vegging plants do this. I had level set to 800ppm for the last week (controller is functioning well and calibrated at 400ppm atmosphere), so it was only a mild dose really, makes me think that the burner is damaged (it was recently sent back and forth in the mail, and wasn't packaged very well). I'm gonna contact the manufacturer (plug-n-grow), and see if they have any advice. I have a tank/regulator setup that I'm going to put in there tomorrow. Anyways, thanks for all the insights and I'll post a follow-up soon..

speaking of Sour Dubble.....This is where things will get fun. The trichomes are just starting to appear and I am getting light whiffs of Sour Dubble here and there.... there is also this underlying fragrance.... almost like.... freshly showered pinocha?? smells grrreat..... ]

Uh, as far as breeding goals are defined, I think that sounds/smells like success too...
