I'm one of those noobs that goes too far for his first time too! I am kinda screwed on locations, but I've got a small room under someones house to work with. Problem is I can only do 1 8lx5h wall due to the room pretty full. I have a 1000w hps with modified sunsystem hood w/ 6in. ducts. I also have badboy 12 bulb on its way. I was thinking of scrapping the hps and putting the badboy on a light mover because with this setup, canopy penetration shouldn't be an issue. I know I'm opening up a new whole bag of worms trying to flower w/ the floros & am just begging to get flamed. I really wish I could surround and use a naked hps bulb, but I have no space on the other side. wish me luck!
On a sidenote. I built a setup that I thought might work similarly a few months ago and never finished it. Here is the original video of the system I copied & a pic of what I made. the circle has a 5ft diameter that can be made taller or smaller depending on needs.

This spot is begging for a net to keep buds trained to go away from light. I think if I go this route I'll fasten nets to hula hoops.

im in outerspace right now
freeze trim, soak in butane for 10 min, filter through paint screen(homedepot in the paint section) folded over a few times, place dish into a bath of hot water, after butane is gone i place it on a heating pad and scrape it into a pile, i let it bubble until it stops and solidifies into a waxy texture, then i let it cool scrape it and smoke it.

no problem dude i gots a bag of trim in the freezer from a lill run round a grobro's who borrowed the spinpro... in return he gave me all the trimmed trimmings so would like to have a go at this as the Ice-O-Lator bag is a pain in the neck and is messy as fuck lol

I'll be watching. Just made a little bho last night. I've found by not purging and leaving untouched in pyrex for a few months works wonders for the quality. Freeze and scrape with frozen paint scraper after a month or two and you have amber glass. When I scape together immediately and purge I get oil. When I purge and beat the mixture while warm I (sometimes) get earwax/sugar. Threw 97% iso in a batch and it just turned back to oil. Beware if you've had any infestations as I found out PM can make it through a cheese cloth filter last night.
