hey ICETOKER, these can be had for $125 ~ 200 depending on quality & markup. it's the back deck sized unit but should be brought into the garage every night, keep it dry and the bottoms of those barrels won't rust out. lining the bottom of the burn side w/thin brick will also save it from wearing sooner.

love the thread but as my computer is down to running in safe mode only I can't upload pics from my camera so I'm stuck using stock pics from the net.

made a porterhouse steak last night, store bought on sale @ $5.45 p/lb. I usually pass on store bought steaks as I buy my beef from a local farmer but we don't cut T-bones or porterhouse steaks out of his cattle.

anyway the local grocer had a special & the filet mignon side of these porterhouse were huge so I bought six of them & I might be going back for a few more.

my steak was maybe slightly thicker but as mentioned the filet side was big like the one pictured below. I broiled mine last night, the filet side was friggin' tender, melt in your mouf.......

Righteous looking eats posted here! Unfortunately, this poor hillbilly doesn't own a digital camera, but I am having one of my personal favorites:

Slow-braised boneless short ribs with oven-roasted asparagus

:jump::jump::jump::jump:

Herrrrrrrrreeee we go :))

Slow cooked lamb curry (4hrs) with Basmati rice

Condiment: Kitchen Epress - Pickled Garlic ( this stuff is THE shit!!!)

Beverage: 1986 Rustenberg - pinot noir :) (bit over the top but still brilliant)

Smoke: Cohiba Panatela
