As far as i know these new 'Guidlines' are nothing more than that, 'Guidlines'. Single figure numbers of plants would be very hard to argue intent supply. so even if you got form its unlikely you'd get stung for low numbers. Single figure trees the CPS would have a hard time, esp at 3 -4 ft high & expert evidence in crown from the likes of people/charitys like 'Release'. Get caught with 20+ & anyone is in the shite big time! or are they, lose lips sink lorrys! lol!
How many Oz per plant were ou expecting?? 2-4 or 24 lol! this point could be argued all day 24/7!

i veg under a home made fluoro set up , 8 x 6' 55w tubes with a mirrored backing ...works a treat for vegging under

What are these new laws you're talking about edgey? Why you feel you need to bin 3 mothers? I must have missed something, i thought aslong as you aint growing commerially, you would get 6 months max, which is basically 6 weeks inside, and 6 on tag. And that is worst case scenario i thought. A couple of my my mates mates got busted and didnt go over the walll, just fines and community service.
I'm on a suspended sentance, and allready breached community service and probation about 6 times. Got the doctor to give me a 26 week sicknote though, just told him i woke up wanting to go turn the whole area into beirut. So should be ok, probably give me a curfew if i cant do the community service. Dont m,ind that, just chill in for a few weeks. So im definately interested in these new laws, get para if i'm gonna have to do more than a year straight.
I only got 5 plants and 21 cuttings. What does that mean theze days?

I was under the impression the jails were that full you had to something pretty bad to get sent down. I wouldn't be surprised if the laws are propaganda to worry people.

Yea, im thinking the same, as i was told to expect 12 months minimum, and got an 18 month suspended sentance. The judge said he i had defintely crossed the custody threshold, but didnt send me down. Was a high court judge too, red robes, wigs, had to call him m'lord, and leave and reneter the dock each time he left/entered the room.
They cant afford to keep non violent people locked up, and i was up for a violent crime, so definately seems like its more talk to sound good rather than they are about to build 5 new prisons and icrease the prison population up by 5000-7000

Sounds like you got a Squeeze Solid, ive had 1 or 2 in my time, also served enough jail time though in the past.
Those published guidlines are brand new, I think alot of British growers will take note & keep numbers to 8 max. OK you 'might' stay outta jail with 9-15 which is the next level/band up from the 8 plants band, but if you have form from the past i wouldnt want to bet against not going to the Big House. 8 is enough for me bro, i rarely do more, 2-4 on my percy grows. It says there 2 years custody as a starting point, but if they try to enforce this, Jails would overflow with Hippys! I dont think all people caught with those numbers would go down, but idk for sure?. Perpetual growing goes well against us, but its standard these days!
I think where your from is important too, seems City courts see more of it & bigger operations too, in that respect, organised gangs are doing growers like us a big favour, make us look really small time with small numbers. Think ill be sticking to those Guidlines myself, any bird is a bad thing & im getting too old for all that bolloks now tbh. 8 x 12oz-15oz trees, that would just about last me a couple of months lol! m'Lord lol!

it's not going to be a normal vertical grow tbf but i'll get a thread started sometime this week lol .
gonna be using killer queen , nightmare kush aka the whites , c99 and psychocindy ... all flowered from rooted clones ( once the clones are rooted that is
i'll be dropping the numbers again after the sog m8 , just a 1 off while i got a tent spare

here's a few pics of the scrog at day 12 flower , the stretch is slowing and it's keeping a fairly even canopy apart from the psychoberry which is 2-3" higher than the others so i've bent a few of the tops, i've also trimmed the skirts off .
i'm giving them 2 x 20 min feeds a day using
1ml headmasta
1ml potash ( will change to pk 13/14 once the bottle is empty )
1ml regen a root
2ml canna a&b
if all goes well i should end up with a full screen of buds

Great set up edgey, been thinking of doing a scrog grow for a while now and after seeing this i think my minds made up for the next project..
