While I haven't had DP"s California Orange Bud, the Nirvana Cali-O is nothing like what they offered 10 years ago. The true cali-o is a beautiful 50-50 hybrid. While it's a bit lacking in the potentcy dept, it has some old school effects that you don't see in other strains (occular accuity- colors seem brighter, especially orange).

If there's enough interest, I've got some old f2's I could pop for server fund beans.

i got an ounce of this calio back in new zealand when i was still livin there,
had an amazing kick to it, but not much of a taste at all just plain, was on the medium scale of resin production,
Not sure if it was a legit one or not, probally not seeming no real fruit taste at all, but had a nice pleasent high that kicked up after 20-30 mins.

If the high was greater than the taste, it probably wasn't ae77 Cali-O but a hybrid of it.

Very cool chefro, and yes, they're Nirvana f2's. These did well for me outdoors, had head buds of 22 and 24 grams, quite compact growth. Was a few years ago since I've grown it, will need to do a bit of digging to find some pics. Stay tuned...

Somebody gave me some seeds labelled cali-o, I could tell it was from a local breeder not duche passion just cuz the way they was packed, never cracked um tho, think I mighta gave um away. I got some cali o tree one time for hella cheap from an amatuer outdoor grower n it was kinda seeded and had hermi flwers on it.
