Whats up everyone :)

Here's an overdue update - I've gone and let them grow too big again. They just grow so dam fast lol. I've been racing to get some minor improvements done to the room before going to 12/12 but it looks like I'm going to have to wait until next round.

Here's a few quick shots sorry about the horrible HPS light I assure you they are a healthy green color.

I think I'm running my nutes too light but the amounts on the H&G chart look way too strong for me. I'm going to dump the res and bump up the EC to 1.2 tonight.

Has been way too low the last few days. Last night the EC was .55 and today I'm down to .22.

I've installed a 200 litre water storage tank to hold grow water which is making res dumps/watering the soil plants way easier.

Heres a few quick pics.. before I switch to 12/12. I noticed some of the topmost leaf edges curling up. Will keep ya updated.

Some of my soil plants got really root bound and have also been lacking light. I found a great source of local organic soil and pumice. And repotted them. Hopefully they recover. Have not been giving them the attention they deserve. :coffee: Really liking the look of the bag seed diesel smelling plant (darker healthier one) got 4 more of them on the way in search of a healthy mother.

wow, nice room. it looks like it going to work out well for you. your plants look real healthy.

i grew out some real nice nlxshiva from nirvana afew years ago. we got a really nice purple pheno. we had to tear the room down and lost the strain.

Looking wicked OG Bro! That leaf curl (Im sure you know this) is caused by heat stress. The heat is a bitch in the warm NZ summer but Autumn's already chilly as! Its a nuisance going from one extreme to the other!

I let my water sit for a few days before use to let the chlorine evaporate and also treat the water with h2o2 1ml/litre to keep it fresh. Hermi there to keep it company.

3rd week of 12/12 running 2.0ec H&G nutes now. They are giant sativas lol. Last time I topped twice and trained into the screen. This time just let them do their thing and threw screen frame on today for support.

looks like a giant redwood cross you got there

do you trim those wild roots running into the res or do you let them be?

Thanks man I was thinking the lollypopping contributed to it. Looks really odd like a plants on top of plants.

Trimmed them back last time but just letting them grow wild this time. I figure the pump propeller will take care of anything that gets too close. Just doing regular check to make sure it not blocked up or anything. Haven't seen any broken roots in floating the res yet though.

Built this thing today.. it's a recirculating drip feed thing. Will run twice a day for 5mins or so to moisten the clone cubes while the sativas finish off. Keeping the water oxygenated using h2o2 for now but will add bubbler in the future.

Just going to transplant the rockwool blocks straight into the nft when they look ready. They might take awhile since they are reveg clones.

The Big ladies are nearing the end of week 6. Will post some bud/macro shots up next week as things get interesting :D

Thanks for stopping by LetSeeYa! I'm surprised how tall they got lol

Chopped down a soil on day 50.. just couldn't resist any longer. This strain is by far the most sticky frostiest smelliest beast I have grown yet. I liked everything about it. Plant structure. Bud density. Smell. Quick Flowering Time. It's all there. I'm not sure what it is. I have plenty of seeds/clones left. I'm going to call it Manuka for now because the smell reminds me of manuka honey. Topped her once and she split into 3 big branches. Pretty good for a 250w hps. Looks like a good 2 oz on there for sure. dense bud.

picked off the fans by hand. they yellowed up nicely in final week. this strain was fast 50 days flower and it was done.

end of april

nft going hard - still a few weeks to go on these girls. Burnt them slightly with superthrive but other than that been running sweet. Really appreciating having the space to do sativas now. Never expected them to get this big but they seem to be happy..every nodes getting plenty of light. It's hard to see on photos but theres lots of twine holding all of this mess in place lol :p
