Bottom line everyone,it's supply and demand. The demand is there. I just spent the day visiting a few clubs in the city. Half of them said they weren't seeing vendors. I spoke with a couple of buyers,still a lot of outdoor,one buyer was saying the outdoor harvest was huge last year,but only half of it was quality.
Ended up going with a bay area delivery service,they scheduled an appointment and picked it up.They were cool.
Not as much as I made twenty five years ago,but I'm not crying.

IMO, easy is relative. If I obtain good genetics, the rest is easy. If I grow bunk, selection will take lots more time. Not so easy. IMO, bunk ain't genetics as much as improper processing and handling. Does it mean great in disguise? Maybe, maybe not.

There is a certain difference between a home brewer and Stone Brewery in terms of production, but I've tasted nearly identical beers of outstanding quality from both.

its all about dedication, from the classroom to the workplace...some people just dont put in the time and effort.

so many people think weed is their golden ticket. "yo im gonna blow out this house and be rich forever man and i wont have to work!!"

they dont realize that growing top shelf superior weed means you cant go out every weekend and party, you cant go on vacations, and you cant slack. they spend 2 days a week in their grow and produce leafy airy crap, what do they expect?

my nugs are always frosty, always stinky, and lately have been pretty damn good...but its because im in my growroom every single day checking things out..like moonshine said...work that requires physical man hours and a skilled human to watch over things that cant be taught to everyone. the knowledge of how to grow properly alone is something that took me more than a few years and more than a few jorge cervantes grow bibles to learn, and im still not done by any means.... that knowledge alone dictates a higher pay through better quality product....ive been growing for 3 years and theres still a bunch of shit to be learned...

You know, the basic crux of my premise is a lowering of price if and when we see legalization. If one wishes to micro the macro with their unusual examples, I don't mind pointing out the disparity (of those examples.) Don't forget the square, 6 grand melons.

IMO, it's humorous for those who wish to refer to their personal love as unaffected by the market, black market etc. Especially when the aspect I opine hasn't yet happened.

yea i agree that prices will lower, but not to some 10 bucks an hour 50 an OZ crap that some want to see.

good weed will still fetch a solid price in a med state. as long as my OG kush can fetch 200 an OZ im straight...even though i sell it for a steal at 250 now. i can fathom lower prices..honestly i would make a killing off lower prices because of my brokering side business but i dont want to see my growers getting lowballed to shit.

2010 was the biggest flood we have ever seen in california history. you could find OZs of dank on the street for 150 an OZ....but at every single club they were still hawking 60 dollar 8ths and 360 ozs all day because thats simply what people outside of inner circles are willing to pay for good shit...
