Hi Green Thumb! Ive been following your grow... good stuff man,thanks for sharing! Wondering if you got time to help me with my tubs im running. Dont mean to bust all up in hear but discussions are healthy....ya know?

What was the ppm of below quote after the 24 flush after you added everything?

"I gave the gals a 24hr flush and refilled with fresh RO,75ml of sensi A&B,90ml of calmag and 60ml of H2o2 because I smelled a familiar funk in its early stages so I thought id toss it in."

My Prob:
I had nitrogen tox(to much growbig) I drained most water added back plain h20 with about 1 tsp/gal clearex. Im gonna leave it till ph and ppm stable and then add back what to what ppm(this is where you can help) ?.........Some info--its third day of flower-- the tubs are self-contained dwc's I figured its similar to rdwc. Once its stable I have Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, aqua shield and hygrozyme to add back. Plants are about 5 weeks in the tubs...they are pretty big but 400ppm was to much for em in veg. Any help is appreciated

Edit: I have drug store h2o2 Was wondering what ratio u use?

Howdy ceitter thanks for stopping in.

The ppm of that re fill was around 400,I added another 80ml of sensi bloom A&B to bring the ppm up to 650 and the ph is around 5.8.

If i were you I'd flush em completely for at least 24hrs especially since its a toxic build up issue.


I havent used fox farm in hydro so i can't give much advice as to how much of what to add,I'm sure the N tox caused them to burn at a lower ppm.

I'm sure if you give em a good flush and rinse the built up nutes you could maybe bump the nutes up.

I know what you mean about the smelly chem IbL even at just a few cuts are as smelly as my blooming plants,they are gonna be some stinky ass bitches.

They now don't even look like I touched them,most of the canopy is filled back in,I hope the way I cleaned them up don't hurt final numbers.

Also I'm thinking about dropping the screen on I a few days.

14 - 17 days of 12/12 is the stretch period.

The amount of stretch should be roughly 50% but I'd love to get your numbers. So if you put them in at 30" they should finish out at 45". I've been told they stretch less when they are bigger and bushier, however I haven't really documented the numbers well. Also if you throw on a screen it makes it harder to measure.

Right now the biggest one is 21" tall the other 3 are maybe an inch lower.

I'll try and keep track of the amount of stretch,it would be cool to test the theory of the bigger she gets the smaller the stretch.

the screen was just gonna be there for support I wasn't planning on bending anymore just let them do they're thing and grow.

For some reason I love taking pix.

I "accidently" pulled this off the small lvpk that's at day 63 or so.

This is the mystry kush haze strain its soooo nice,would love to get it to some one that could maybe tell forsure what it was. There's about a week of flush left trichs are maybe 10% amber.

And these are some beans I just couldn't help but to plant,they consist of paradise seeds whiteberry,yumboldt,feminized Amsterdam kush and trainwreck

Right on,yeah older large leafs don't do much but consume energy and block lower growth which is a waste in my book.

So whats thia purple strain your talking about? GDP?

shit theres so many kind of purple ive seen here in the past couple years that i dont know what the hell there called anymore. i just know its purple to many hybrids/mixes these days

Yeah I wish I had this purple bud I saw a few year back,as far as I knew the grower was the only one with the pheno cuz he popped the bean and horded it til he got busted and it got killed off.

It was in my book true purple bud as the fucking thing turned purple a week into flower and it purple from the inside out,the leafs would start turning purple from the center of each finger and by week 5 out of 9 it would be entirely purple not a spek of green in it or even on the whole plant,the stalk turned purple with the rest all the way down to the top of the dirt.

I wanna kick that guy in the nuts next time I see him now that I think about it.
