Here is a little test nug, it was taken 5 days ago about half way down
It is hard as rock and never lost its danky smell through initial dry. So far so good

, means something to me. Having the experiences I made the last 2 years in dialing in a sealed space I can tell you, I felt like throwing all the shit away several times.
Me and my best bud started at the same time, he uses a 400 hps some, chiller etc. basically everything I use except that he is not sealed. I tell you that dud, my best bud he he, is the luckiest lol. No matter what, his shit just turns out, he hit the sweet spot from the beginning. Sure he has his limitations with humidity and temps etc. but what does it matter when the result kicks ass
Me on the other hand, I had some good grows before I went sealed, but shit for the following 1.5 years while I'm damn near getting a degree in botany lol.
Back to my favorite saying: Better lucky then right, it is a lot cheaper lol!!!

Giving upto a 72 hour dark period before Chopping is supposed to encourage PEAK THC production. Light is damaging to THC but the plants produce THC to protect themselves from the Sun's damaging rays, ive done it both with a dark Period & not bothering & i can report no noticable differences, although some swear that it does make a difference. What ever floats ya boat i suppose.

I was contemplating it, but still think that the light is more beneficial then the darkness (going to get dark during dry and cure anyway). I may just bring my temps down 8 degrees or so. One of the nice things I can do with a sealed space Peace, Kind

TJO, do you notice a visible difference after 48 hours darkness, or do you just do it because it might make a difference?

I thought it through & cant for the life of me think what it means! lol its probably something really simple that my stoney head cant work out lol.
As for giving a dark period before the chop, i know there is quite a science behind it & there is alot of litreture on the subject, like i said though peak THC or not, ive run it on a few different strains as a control & me & my buddy's could not tell the difference. Reading up on the subject is worth the hassle & is an interesting read. Ed Rosenthal has the gen on it so to speak, his website is pretty informative, i like the fact he has actually carried out scientific studies with control's on many different subjects, i usually go check out what he has to say on matters. I had to stop myself starting to waffle on lol, anyway buddy till next time.

............!!!!!!!no!i didnt see any difference but i notice that the hairs turn brown
in 48 hours of darkness.im doing it because i ve read it and
i dont have something to loose.
