WOW!! Really? That sucks must be cuz Lou blew shit up for you guys and I hear FL is harsh on growers...
No, Lou didnt have anything to do with it. Sunshine hydroponics doesn't carry them either.
You heard right about Flordia though, this state is extremely harsh on growers...
If anybody knows a place in Fla that carries C.E.S. please pm me.

i believe worms way in tampa has it and the blossom experience in the 305... personally i'm up in the 904 so i shot CES a message about my dilemma and an extremely nice guy joel responded. for a low fee to cover shipping i was sent 1 quart of the 3 main ingredients and the 3 additives, even a sample of the g-rex and t-rex. i haven't given them a run yet but the time will be very soon.

I just received my set of freebies from them. 6 - 1 qt bottles and two small samples; GREX and a product I have never seen before, TREX. Has anyone heard of it? I am getting ready to give it a try but wanted to see others experiences with it.

Good to hear. 305 and 904 are a ways for me but I'll be shipping if they send samples, for sure. I've been dying to try that line.

Mine will be here next week through HTG.....amazing what can happen when you treat a store and their employees with respect. :tiphat: Should be a fun trial run....I was very impressed with the results from the H&G kit they sent me as well. Always good to have friends in the biz.

I don't think you are going to beat H&G with CES since I started out with the CES samples and then when I got the H&G samples my girls went nuts!!!

I have had great results with this product, in flower my girls love this stuff at 5ml micro 15ml bloom pretty close to lucas.

In veg they don't respond the same way its weird. People I know have also had great results with it, they have now switched to the H & G line. I plan on finishing what I have left and giving H & G line a try. It seems people love that stuff and have been very satisfied with the results.

Yea H&G is the shit!!! I've found the best veg mix for CES is 5ml Micro 7.5-10ml Bloom depending on strain..

I really want to give CES a try in my e&f system now that I have ph and ppm pens things will be much different. I really had some damn good healthy plants when I was using this line so I'm thinking I'm going to use it this next run and see how the same strain does with it.

Looking back through my pics my plants in veg were just as nice as they were with H&G and if anything it was user error on my part why CES stopped working the way I liked. I admit I was fucking with my mixes WAY too much not flushing ect so I think a run with CES is needed to make up my mind on what line up I want to use in my system.

Bump! Who all is still using CES nutes? I had very good results with CES personally. Would love to see how everyone has been doing lately.

I had no success with CES sending out any samples unlike Botinacare, Fox Farm and Atami who hooked it up. The guys at my local hydro shop push CES hard so I picked some up. I used their Bloom for my last grow and it gave me nice results. I'm gonna try Botinacare for bloom this time around to compare. Maybe i'll do half and half to have a side by side comparison.

Hey, I've been running CES for about a year now. Really good stuff, love the micro/bloom and the Uncle John's Blend is nice in hydro systems.

CES Micro/Bloom & a touch Cal-Mag can give some really nice results all around, veg or flower.

I would start UJB around week 2 or 3 and end week or two before flush......IMO there is a boost in flavor/smell. Not the cheapest additive, but I like it when applicable.

Last year I talked to Joel at CES and he gave me a liter of each nutrient and additive they make. They told me I would never go back to GH ever again as well. Well, I followed there grow chart, but not to a tee. I wanted to see how the plants did and I adjusted accordingly. The nutrients were great for growing leaves. All my leaves were very lush and green and I had great veg growth. Flowers were nice looking as well, but when it came down to the finished product the yields were horrible. That wasn't just my crop either. My buddy used CES and experienced lower yields than GH. I started growing all organic after and now I am going to be doing the lucas formula for my new grow. CES is a great company with ultra nice people working for them. In my experience I got higher resin production and bigger yields with GH.

Sorry to hear CES didn't work for you (CERTAINLY NOT A CES REP!!!) I've seen their feed chart, seems a bit excessive IMO.

I've been very, very happy running ~5ml micro/8-9ml bloom and ~ 1-2 ml Cal-Mag (with heavy feeders, og's/diesels/etc). Similar rates to Lucas, but slightly weaker since CES is a tad more concentrated than GH.

^That and maybe little PK boost(Koolbloom), maybe a zyme, and humic/organic(Floralicious Plus) can give some impressive results.

In hindsight I should of run it like the Lucas formula. The micro seems to have more than enough nitrogen. I am starting to realize that when it comes to nutrient lineups you don't need every additive. I like CES to be honest, but I do think you can get better results with GH. Running Grape Krush in a simple setup with no fans and a GH 3 part with floranectar I got 2 and 3/4 pounds. Those are 2 600's and 6 plants

Now with 3 600's over a 4x8 area with way more into the setup I got a pound and a half with CES and rocking u2 lavender kush

With various grow methods and CES I couldn't get the results that 2 600s and GH got me.

NICE! Keep rockin' GH then brother. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If you can get the DANK with it, be it H&G, GH, Canna, Peters, or Miracle Grow keep on keeping on. OVER 1 GPW and just under half elbow each under 2-600...damn, damn impressive brother.

I really wish I had pictures of the grape krush harvest. It was a big mess, but yielded a lot of golf ball sized dense nugs. My buddy took pics on his Iphone, but has since gone through about 5 phones since that harvest. I got some pictures at week 4 of the lavender kush, but that wasn't an impressive harvest. Dialed in I believe CES can be a good regimen though. So many factors go into yield, nutrients are just part of the equation. They can all work very well. Hell, I am seen amazing results with dyna grow!
