So i followed an Ic maggers advice which was

I went out with friends and did Ketamine. I swear it always shows me the way. I didn't cry, but I did internalize what was happening and it has made things easier to handle. Even talked to the ex since and didn't get mad or upset. I am doing well given the circumstances. Thanks Ketamine
