cheers, these would do good at you. they are all semi autos with much better yields than the full autos. biddy and gg3 is to late for you place. danish gold might work. all hfh beans are bins

Royal Dane, Royal Dane/Thypoon, Oldfarmer Nepal, Uk08 will all do good at you. if you can find the leb27 it would also do

http://www.seedbay.com/index.php?a=2&b=40557

also the hfh purple nepal and the hfh brown super07 would do well at you. they will be up later today i think

Thanx Esbe they seem very nice and mould resistant also thats good. And thanx to all of you who have suggestions on what beans that could work up here ! But i have to ask if there is any other ways to buy HFH beans instead of auction ? So far i have seen some of them at Zeen seeds but are they somewhere else where i can buy them directly ? ? ?

And i have to add that the NepIran and the Scottish seem to fit my needs very well. i´ve been looking at them now for a while and i think that i´m in love. . .

most of the HFH listings on seedbay aren't auctions. They are "buy it now" at a set price. NepIran and Scottish are only $25

OK now i get it ! I thougt that there where only auctions I´ll look into it now, Some money are coming up this Friday. Stupid i am HA HA The only thing that i can defend myself with is that i´m a really newbee at computer stuff and languages. . . But i will learn *fniss*

Yes i will save seeds from many strain crosses, because i have to develop strains that will work here properly.

Well, allthough I haven't bred myself, it seems obvious that you have quite a lot of work in front of you. I look forward to follow your grow thread, what about some pics from the preparing of the site? Was that april?
:blowbubbles:

From threads I've read here at ICMAG I figure it is smart for you to keep all the males but the weakest in an open pollination in order to avoid the pitfalls of bottlenecking of the genepool. Heres an equation from another thread that says it quite clearly:

Ne = 4 * (# of Males) * (# of Females) / (total number of plants)
It concludes that in order to breed without unnecessary genetic loss open pollination is the way to go.

Very interesting reading ! As i said i was thinking of having spots that there will be many almost random crossing and some spots who i will do some experiments with, but i will include many males and females at the more controlled spots( I will grow some strains at my mothers backyard and these will probably be the controlled spots otherwise will i use some isolated spots for the more controlled breeding so there will not be any "pollution" from undesired strains, but what are the chances that someone else will be growing nearby my plants ? But changing the subject to another, something that i really wanted to know is how really a semi-auto works ? I´ve been reading a little here and there and of course my own experience but i´ve havent read anything yet that really enlightened me ? Is it the age or is it the light sensitiveness that makes a plant semi-autoflower ? If it is the age i wonder how old is the critical age that sets off the flowering whatever you do to try to avoid it to flower it flowers anyway, and if it is the light who triggers it to flower i wonder if it is like as long as the light increases it wont flower but if the light decreases it will begin to flower or what ? And i am not talking about autoflower only semi-autoflower

I'm sure there are other people that can answer that question better than me, but since I'm here and am a couple of months in front of you (as of reading at fantastic ICMAG), I'll drop my thoughts.

A full auto will flower regardless of hours of light, while a semi-auto needs a minimum of darkness, say 8 or 6 or 4 just to have a number.

A semi auto or full auto can be early or late depending on the strain.

I don't know if it is necessery to bring in auto genes in order to have a genepool that finishes up nicely at lat 60+, but I suppose that it will be necessery at least at lat 70.

And no, I don't think anyone will grow near you. If they do, good for them. But all those guys that say you can't grow autos because of the ethic obligation not to screw up someone elses breeding program, are living in other places than scandinavia. There are way too few grows IMO. I hope for your work to contribute to a outdoor genetic suitable for others to use. Let's hope for a overgrow of the peninsula!

I fucking hate this site because when i have been writing something and try to post it always say that i am not logged in and everything gets erased, WHY WHY WHY is this site so fucking fast to log you out when you are writing something.

Some people say(and my own experience) that semi-auto´s are hard to to keep in a vegetive state for any longer times so i wonder what is rule over another. Will semi-auto´s flower when it has reached a age of 2-3 months even when you have almost 20-22 hours of light or will it wait to the darkhours to reach its critical point ? I´m trying to find out if i could plant them earlier to get them to flower at the time that i want them to. So for an example; If a semi-auto is 3 months old will that help it to get it flower more easy even when you havent reached the normal dark hours it needs to flower ? So when will the age rule over the dark hours it needs to flower, or will it wait no matter how old it is to the dark hours to be "right" for the strain before it flowers ?

This one guy had a magnificent outdoor grow with a Afghani strain that was semi auto, and he had to keep them at 24 not to flower on him. That's a hell of a thread, btw.

But what's the rule? I'd easily conclude with "there is no rule", it all depends on different factors. But take no advice from me, I am not a grower just a dreamer.

Ctrl+A Ctrl+X Ctrl+V is a nice one just in case, until you figure out what's wrong. Maybe it's a browser thing or a cookie thing.

You apparently have not grown guerilla gold before bro.Shit weed????Very far from it.Some of the best outdoor you will ever grow if you have funky conditions or short days or seasons.

Well if esbe says the GG will not work for you I believe him he knows his harsh season stuff from everything I have heard and seen.

Interesting thread ! I have to read it a little more later on, now i´m just tired. And for pics on the places i gonna grow on, It is very much snow on them right now so you wont be any wiser on that right now(laughing). And my sister has to learn me how to upload pics from my mobilephone/camera i am really not clever on those things but i will learn. But i have pics on some of the places because last fall did i do some research on places that i knew that i will be growing on this summer, i looked if there where any bushes around and how the soil was etc and i still have my memory(not totally lost) on how some places looked like since i used to live here and had my very first grow here. And i couldnt hold myself any longer so last Friday did i try to germinate one Blue Mystic AF from Nirvana i still had and it cracked in only 8,5 hours. It is now planted in a pot at my window and it is growing. I wanted to see if these beans would AF or not, i just had a urge to see something grow( i am having abstinence of growing). This will probably not AF as the others i had didnt but i have been compensated by Nirvana with normal Blue Mystic fem so if they dont i just cover them 12/12 so i will at least have something from them.

Is there any people who has been growing Erdpurt at terrific places like early frosts and a lot of rains and so on ? I was reading that this plant can take several days with low temps and frost without being damaged, so i wonder if that is your experience with this strain ? I´m really thinking of buying this strain also as it could be a very good breeding strain so i will have hardy plants that can take a frost or three. . .

erdpurt is way to late for you bro. most other hfh strains have the same qualitys, they simply have to to work here in denmark

How late is the Erdpurt Esbe ? I was reading Seedsman description of Erdpurt and it says September harvest(probably Holland or England harvest date) and i calculate that i have to add something like 2-3 weeks to that so i was thinking that would work for me if Erdpurt is very frost resistant. . .
